Shopping for new house furniture in North Scottdale store. Our salesman, Tarak was great. We bought a couple of pieces and then went on to look for a reclining sectional sofa. We found one on sale and thats when the severe lack of customer service challenges began. Seems like free delivery really means within 25 miles. We live 30 miles away. Rather than offering a delivery service for a small fee, seems like it became up to us to figure out deliveryon our own. Biting my tongue, I said ok but we need to also hold the furniture at the warehouse until Nov 2, the same date they had agreed to deliver the other stuff we bought. They said we have to check with the manager. Finally, enough was enough and we left. There are plenty of other places to buy furniture, Living Spaces! You simply forced us to try those others out

Order reference: SO-017082171 Dining Table
Four times I had to wait for delivery. 3 times a table was delivered broken, with a huge crack across the top surface, 1 time they forgot to bring the table. Now I am told the table is out of stock.
I asked to speak with a manager about compensation and my request was denied. The representative spoke to a manager for me, and I was informed that no compensation or accommodation would be offered. If I had needed to change any of those 4 delivery times, I was informed that I would have been charged $140 for their inconvenience.
As full refund was offered and accepted, but that will not motivate me to ever do business with Living Spaces Furniture ever again.

⭐ BUYER BEWARE
I ordered the Sawyer II 128” White Beige Boucle Sectional and Sanders Cream Recliner from Living Spaces on July 29, 2026. My furniture wasn’t delivered until October 16 — nearly THREE MONTHS later!
I painted my ENTIRE family room expecting a light, white-looking sectional based on the online catalog. Instead, the sectional arrived looking much darker, dingier, and almost dirty. The recliner wasn’t white either. The sectional’s fabric looks and feels cheap, and when I sat on the corner, I nearly fell into the arm! To make matters worse, my pictures don’t even capture how dark it looks in person.
Here’s what really concerns me: When I called customer service and went back online to show the sectional, the website still displayed the same picture I had seen when ordering in July/August. Approximately 20 minutes later, I returned to the website and noticed a different product photo showing a more beige-looking sectional, much closer to what I received.
If the new picture is a more accurate representation of the actual product, why wasn’t that picture displayed when I ordered? Customers deserve accurate product photos BEFORE spending their money, not after their furniture has been delivered!
I spoke with Jandy, sent pictures of the furniture I received alongside the online images, and was offered only an exchange or a refund. I was told an exchange would mean receiving the same sectional with the same material. I also purchased through Klarna and don’t want the additional stress of another refund process, so I’ve decided to keep the furniture. However, KEEPING IT DOES NOT MEAN I’M SATISFIED!
What made this experience even worse was the customer service. No alternative solution or goodwill discount was offered to acknowledge my disappointment. After waiting nearly three months and painting my entire family room around this purchase, I expected much better.
Living Spaces, you have lost my trust and my future business. I will NEVER order from you again.
My advice to other customers: Don’t rely on the product photos alone. Ask questions about the actual color and fabric before ordering. My experience has been extremely disappointing, and other customers deserve to know before making the same purchase.

This is a scam!
They get a 1 only because 0 isn’t available! I ordered on 8/19/26 with anticipated delivery between 9-20-26 and 10-4-26. It’s now 10/12/26 and I have nothing! I have called 4 times and spoken to 5 different people, and no one can tell me anything. They keep saying “we will have information in 3 business days” and still nothing. I cancel without being charged a restocking fee of 25% until 31 days after 10/4! This is absolutely crazy! Dont order here it’s just a scam!

Poor quality 2400.00 couch set
I purchased a $2,400 couch set from Living Spaces with two recliners on each end. Within only 3–4 months, the fabric began bunching up so badly that the furniture looked as though several people had been sitting on it every day. In reality, it is primarily just me using the furniture. I have owned many couches over the years, including much less expensive ones, and I have never experienced this type of problem so quickly.
Because the furniture was covered by a one-year manufacturer warranty, I contacted the warranty department. What followed was an extremely frustrating process involving numerous phone calls, emails, photographs, paperwork, and conversations with multiple representatives and supervisors.
After going through the warranty process, Living Spaces eventually agreed to replace the furniture with the same set. I specifically asked what would happen if the exact same problem occurred again, because I believed the issue was a quality problem with the furniture. The representative told me that if the problem happened again, I could call back and would be allowed to choose a different couch set up to the original $2,400 purchase price.
Unfortunately, the replacement furniture developed the exact same fabric problem after only about ONE MONTH.
When I contacted the warranty department again, I went through the process all over again, including submitting photographs and completing the requested paperwork. My claim was denied, with the company again calling the problem “wear and tear.” I provided the specific date and approximate time of the previous conversation in which I was told I could choose different furniture if the problem happened again. I asked to speak with the representative who made that statement, but I was never allowed to speak with her, and I was told they could not find or confirm the conversation.
I spent more than a month making repeated calls and sending emails. I spoke with multiple call-center representatives and asked for supervisors to contact me. Several messages were supposedly passed along to supervisors, but my calls were not returned. Eventually, after repeatedly asking to speak with any supervisor who could help, I spoke with one who simply told me the claim was denied and there was nothing he could do. When I asked for his supervisor, I was told that he was the corporate office and that nobody was above him.
I then contacted the BBB in an attempt to get some type of resolution. The company continued responding by asking me to send photographs—even though I had already submitted multiple photographs during the warranty process. They eventually said they would only review the photographs and then make a decision. I did not want to accept that as a resolution without receiving a concrete answer in writing.
The BBB complaint ultimately closed because I would not accept the company’s response as a resolution. The company’s responses essentially repeated the same information without actually offering a resolution to the problem.
One of the most frustrating parts has been the lack of communication. I received a voicemail from a supervisor that was essentially the exact same script as a voicemail I had received about a month earlier. I was told she would try to contact me again later that week, but that call never happened. I work and cannot always answer my phone immediately, but I have repeatedly returned calls and responded to emails. The problem is that the warranty department often does not call back or respond.
To be clear, my issue is NOT with the sales staff at the actual Living Spaces store. The employees at the store have been wonderful. My frustration is entirely with the warranty department and the way warranty claims are handled. Unfortunately, the warranty department is reached through the same phone number used to contact the store, and calls are routed to the warranty department instead of the store when you explain that you have any issues.
After everything I have experienced, I would not purchase furniture from Living Spaces again. The furniture itself has been disappointing, but the warranty experience and lack of meaningful customer service have been even more disappointing.
I would give my experience with the warranty department ZERO stars if that were an option. I was only able to select one star.

Bought a sleeper sofa
Bought a sleeper sofa, had to return it due to poor construction. It was a self serve process, lacking appropriate Support. The company can't seem to send minimum payment due emails, has to be a text message, just another way for them to charge Customers. Find a US company to frequent. Stop sending our U.S. earned money outside our country. Support is A.I.

Everything is good as long as you do…
Everything is good as long as you do not need any warranty service. My recliner , under warranty, needs a repair. The parts were sent to us and appointment was made. My wife waited from 1PM to 5 PM. No call and no repairman showed up. No apology, just schedule another 4 hour time slot to sit at home and wait.
YOU HAD BETTER HOPE THAT YOU DO NOT NEED ANY WARRANTY SERVICE.

Item delivered (chair) and upon…
Item delivered (chair) and upon assembly noticed the wooden arms did not match. Attempted to address through warranty department and was told that wood grain would have differences and this was normal. I wish I could attach a photo as it was not normal and don’t understand how this could have possibly passed quality control. Warranty claim was denied and now I’m forced to cover arm of the chair with a blanket. Horrible customer service experience and will never buy from them again.
