We can't say enough good things about Living Spaces and the great customer service we received. We first met up with a great sales lady, Karyine at the San Jose store on Blossom Hill! She was knowledgeable and answered all our questions and/or concerns. This started our perfectly. We ended up with a floor model as well, in addition to other furniture purchases. She promptly reviewed any damage to the floor model with us and due to a couple issues, we received 15% off the purchase price. We told them we would return to pick up the floor model and were pleasantly surprised there was no delay in that. We met Daniel, Patrick & Zach who were delightful and loaded up our shelving and also insisted on bubble wrapping it for protection. We certainly appreciated that. The bonus was also the next day delivery in which we rec'd a text early morning and were given a 3 hr window and within the 1st hour our delivery arrived. We then met Amilcar and Jose who loaded all of it into our garage. The entire team at Living Spaces should be commended. We are thrilled with our purchase and will return to Living Spaces for our future furniture needs. Thanks again to a great team!

I bought 2 matching reclining love seats from living spaces 4 years ago. Recently I found out what my extended warranty was worth. Absolutely nothing a 5 year extended warranty that is only good for master manipulation and avoiding paying out any claims at all costs. First sir file you claim with Warranty services claim denied based on a photo of some one else’s old sofa with a consul that mine do not have. Day 2 of frustration I tried speaking with a supervisor to let them know what a I thought of Warranty Services. Then I was told you need to file a claim with Care Free Warranty services. The problem I found is that Living Spaces Warranty Services and Care Free are all the same company. Their one single goal is not to provide amazing customer service but only to DENY YOUR CLAIM EVEN IF THEY HAVE TO COMMIT FRAUD TO DO IT!!! Do yourself a favor and shop somewhere else unless you like LOW END FURNITURE AT HIGH END PRICES and don’t bother with a 5 year extended warranty because you’ll be wasting more of your money. If you like me you’ll be shopping for new furniture real soon AND MOST DEFINITELY NOT AT LIVING SPACES!!!

We purchased a recliner couch and chair including the company's warranty. My wife worked in furniture outlet some years ago and immediately noticed that the pieces did not fully match in color. The chair was obviously either used or a floor model, we had been told they would be new. Living spaces refused to consider replacing it or compensating us. We will not recommend them to others or do return business.

I bought a Recliner Sofa that supposes to be delivered the day after my purchase and 30 min. before the delivery, they call and said that the sofa didn't pass the inspection for delivery and I have to wait 6 weeks for the next available. They trick their customer by telling them that they have things in stock that they don't they are scammers. Be aware if you plan to buy there and they have to deliver

I ordered two items totaling well over $1500 from this company in June 2022. I never received my shipment and had to repeatedly call the customer service center to figure out why my items were never delivered and the shipping details said "delivering" for over a month. I got a different every time from Customer Service, only to finally learn that the items were lost in transit. A replacement order was issued, successfully arrived at my home, and found to be the wrong color so I rejected the delivery. I have been pursuing a refund for over 2 months and keep getting pushed off by Customer Service. A manager gave me their "personal contact details" only to never respond. I was told I'd receive it in 5-7 days. Then I was told I'd receive a PHYSICAL CHECK IN THE MAIL - for a REFUND! from a credit card purchase! - in 15 days. This is only to push off an inevitable refund. Huge scammers. Do not do business them with them.

Buyer Beware! Sure Living Spaces is great when you are purchasing a product, but after you receive your new purchase all Customer Service goes out the window. I will NEVER purchase anything from here again! I have a 9 month old couch that is having upholstery issues and other issues. Living Spaces has a 1 year warranty, right?! I opened a claim, uploaded photos and the claim was approved for a technician to come out and to look at the couch. I have been shuffled between two technician companies and both companies do not have service technicians in my area. Called Living Spaces to talk with them about the unavailability of the technicians they keep assigning to my claim. That same day I received an email from the Warranty Department stating that now my claim is being denied for "normal wear and tear" but after the stores 1 year warranty expires, I can put in a claim to the extended warranty company (I purchased the extended warranty when I bought the couch) and see if they will help me. In 8 days I went from my claim approved for a technician to look at the couch to my claim being denied for "normal wear and tear" AND NO ONE LOOKED AT THE COUCH. The kicker, I called their Warranty Department (877)266-7300 and the customer service rep that I spoke with refused to help because "you're claim was denied for normal wear and tear, sorry". I read the numerous reviews of the HORRIBLE Customer Service tactics that Living Spaces uses - I ignored the reviews and purchased from them anyway. I wish that I had listened and never purchased from this disgusting company!

Ordered a sideboard for over $900. The model in the store looked great. Got mine delivered, and the delivery guys did a great job. They were in my home for under 5 minutes. They told me I had 7 days in case there were any issues with it. 10 minutes later I noticed a chip in the inlaid wood on the top. I called customer service (and I use the term loosely) immediately and was told, rather rudely, that they would give me 5% off, and then said that it was a characteristic of the wood, and they would let me return it with a 10% restocking fee, or I could pay to to have it picked up, then pay a restocking fee, then they would replace it.

If I could give this place a 0 I would. I ordered an item in July - their website said it couldn't come for 4 weeks. Okay that's fine, I understand supply chain issues right now. Well at the end of August, after the date the item was scheduled to come I reached out to Living Spaces to ask what was going on. It was only after I reached out and got sent through different levels of management that they THEN shipped my item - mid September. The item arrived at their shipping partner mid-September....then sat, and sat, and sat. I complained again and THEN the item was shipped out to me.... now we are on week 3 of me getting rescheduled for my delivery... 3 times in a row of a truck broken down, them running late and not getting to met, etc. etc. Of course, they don't tell you they aren't coming... they just don't show up and then sometime later at night you get a message saying how they're sorry but they're available to reschedule 5ish days from now. I still don't have my item on 10/10/22 - now instead of 4 weeks it's been 3 MONTHS with no end in site. Trust me, avoid this company like the plague.
