Saw one good review and took a chance. The reviews aren’t great but one gave me hope, it was the only place I found the exact couch I wanted for a decent price. I put in my order mid December it was considered custom so it was going to take 3 months. January I received an email saying it was going to be ready by February 2nd but I didn’t get my hopes up and stuck with the original expectation. I received an email March 1st that I could schedule delivery for that Friday or Sunday. Delivery was a little out of the time frame about 2 hours late due to issues with drop off at other locations. Overall the custom couch process took about 2 1/2 months and I didn’t have any issues. I’m happy with my purchase but will see how it holds up

I ordered a media center, and driver wanted me to sign a damage waiver before delivering. After almost 2 hour of back and forth I was told I could cancel the order, but I will be charged the restocking fee. Customer support agent said sh understood, but there was nothing she could do. I requested a call with supervisor, and it takes 24 hours. Item cost was around $2000 , hence why I didn't want to receive a damaged items. Terrible experience do not recommend buying here.

HORRENDOUS. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE WITH FRISCO LOCATION. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS DISREPUTABLE, SCHEMING, CHARLATAN excuse for a legitimate business. I went into Living Spaces after looking at two different sets online. The Lodge Sofa and Loveseat and the Parker II sofa and loveseat. i spent an hour with Kutty. I had seen one review where the back cushions of the Parker were not as advertised and snug with big gaps in the cushions. I explicitly asked her if the back cushions would be the exact same as the store display and she GUARANTEED me they would be so I chose my fabric and ordered them. I got them delivered and the back cushions are RIDICULOUS. Huge gaps between the cushions. I immediately called customer service, explained what was wrong and was immediately offered a discount if I would keep them. I recorded the conversation beciase I wanted to protect myself if they didn’t take these back. I refused it. I opened a claim. I got a response a few days later that “because it’s a special order” they would not take them back. This is their attempt at a loophole. Unless you buy the store display EVERYTHING IS A SPECIAL ORDER. They tried to tell me there is supposed to be gaps in the cushions. There are NO GAPS in the store display and there are no gaps in the photos online. They cited pics of the online photos saying there should be gaps at both ends. Yes, there should be because the back sticks out on both ends over the arms BUT NOT across the back. The cushions should be snug. Since I have been forced to keep them (so far) staples fall out of them daily and I have embedded my foot twice. I also explained to them that these sofas are HARD AS A ROCK and my 85 year old grandmother cannot even sit on them. They are line sitting on a park bench. I had to go to Nebraska Furniture across the street and buy her a chair. They told me they don’t care. That’s their customer service folks. “THEY DONT CARE” I am filing a claim in small claims court and I will win. The photos alone are laughable. Not to mention that the color of the fabric I ordered doesn’t match what I got. I was willing to live with that but there is a VAST difference as the photos will show. They are going g to find out that I was the one who takes it all the way and will post reviews in every possible outlet, in social media groups that allow it and every possible legal way I can warning people not to deal with them.

Worst experience ever. Our furniture is a little over two years old and the cushions are sinking and not supportive. A tech I paid to come out since the protection plan I bought refused to cover it said it was a manufacturer defect and sent a report to LS. They refuse to do anything unless it is springs. What?! We paid a lot of money and now have to buy new furniture. Never ever buy from this store. They do not stand behind the manufacturers they use.

Over one year later and I still don't have the couch I ordered. The first one arrived with hardware that didn't connect the sectional. They attempted to deliver a connecting chaise 2 times and it didn't fit. On the day of another delivery attempt it was cancelled that morning because it didn't pass quality control. 6 months after the original couch was delivered they agreed to replace the whole couch using the warranty which meant I was responsible for getting rid of the defective couch. I organized a charity to pick it up and on the day the new couch was to be delivered, there was a huge rip on the bottom. 4 delivery attempts later, I can't get anyone on the phone to give me a refund or the significant discount I deserve. I can't take anymore time off work for the delivery of a couch that will likely be defective again. Nobody will call me back. DO NOT order from Living Spaces.

Bought a sofa two years old also bought extended warranty, seat is falling and you feel you r dropping to floor when u seat on sofa. I was denied repair they consider that normal wear and tear so do not buy warranty!

Purchased a low profile king bedroom set, purchased two $3200 purple mattresses, was asked if I needed box-springs. Unknowingly, my bed included slats that made the box spring totally unnecessary. Upon delivery, my box spring and mattress sat so high you could barely see the beautiful headboard. Contacted Living Spaces, spoke to Paul, customer escalation manager, (very rude and impersonal) stated my mistake was just that, my mistake. I am stuck with 4, twin, extra long, box springs that are useless to me. Customer service was terrible, they accepted no responsibility for my purchasing error or that their salespeople didn't help me make a informed purchase. Spent $10,000 in their store, never again!

I ordered one set of boxsprings on November 12, 2022. I was contacted by Living Spaces on December 2nd and told my shipment was ready for delivery. Since 02 December, my delivery has been rescheduled 7 times!! 7! No call. No voicemail message. They just send you a text message the day of your scheduled delivery telling you to reschedule. I decided to call in and ask them what was going on, and why my delivery today was cancelled, and they told me "the delivery truck broke down". I do not plan to order from this company in the future. I will go back to Wayfair or Amazon! Proceed with caution if you order from them.
