I don’t always leave reviews but I felt I should since I was concerned about all the negative ones I’ve seen. Most seem to be about delivery issues, so I’ve been holding my breath. Our sofas arrived today. Not only are they pristine and exactly what we needed, but we received multiple updates confirming the delivery time. We called yesterday because I was worried - immediately connected with a pleasant and helpful live representative. The items were carefully packaged. In fact, we are now swimming in paper, cardboard and plastic packaging but thank goodness we can recycle all that. Only reason for 4 instead of 5 stars was a worrying mark on the microfiber where cardboard has dug in a bit. It seems to be resolving itself though, now that it has been unwrapped. (I hope so) Update: the mark is gone. All good now and we love our new furniture

I had a really great experience at the Living Spaces in Frisco, TX. Aaron was my service rep and he was terrific. He gave me space to browse. I told him I didn't want to spend a lot of money. He took me over to the "outlet" section. Then I told him I had space constraints so he showed me the dimensions of the couches. He was kind, and funny, and super easy to work with. We got everything done on the tablet. I didn't have to go anywhere else. Excellent!

As a first time customer ordering a sofa and chair, each item was done with 2 separate deliveries and both times the items were delivered DIRTY from their delivery provider. Each time I had to live with a dirty piece of brand new furniture while I wait 2 weeks for a technician to come to my home and attempt to clean it. There is no email to communicate only a telephone number to call. After holding 10 minutes the phone agent proceeded to make me go to their website and chat with an agent while I spoke on the phone to her. Most bizarre way to provide support I've ever seen. I will NEVER purchase from this company again and would advise anyone reading this to steer clear and find a better company to buy furniture from. Terrible experience all way around.

I called Living Spaces to follow up on a shipment that I never received due to the product being returned back to the company as it was damaged in shipment. After several frustrating calls and incorrect data concerning the receipt of my shipment I was transfered to the damage claims dept. I was then informed that the claim had been received and once the shipment was received back a reorder would be processed. I was told to give it 8 business days and call back if I hadn't heard anything. Upon calling back I was then informed that I would have to wait another 3 days as the department didn't allow incoming calls. I explained that I had called 8 days prior and had my call escalated directly to that department. The person that I spoke with told me that all they could do was take a message and someone would get back to me within 3 days. Living spaces has very nice furniture. However, they are seriously lacking on customer service skills, especially when it's a situation that is due to defective shipments. That is not the customer's fault. After spending over $5,000 on furniture from living spaces, the next time I need something I probably will be looking in another direction.

In 2022 purchase full beding/rugs. promises were made extra charges were added on, return rug unwrap, numerous calls, on hold for the longest, online with numerous people. poor customer service!! all I have to say is beware what you sign for, make sure everything you ask for is on the contract include all the promises that were made before they delivery. I will never ever shop there again. Everything you read on reviews are so true!!! just be very careful

Spent almost three hours with a wonderful, helpful customer service rep in store on Sunday looking for our couch. We ended up creating a cart as we needed to go home and measure the space, then placed the order online. Received a confirmation email and then checked the status of my order the next day and the system couldn't find it. Ended up calling customer service today, 48 hours after ordering and was told my order was cancelled for non-payment (even though i paid when ordering online and then receiving the confirmation email). Someone explain to me how this happens??? Now I have to go back into the store and do this all over again. What a waste of time!

Zero stars is more accurate. The absolute worst customer service I have ever received—completely incompetent employees. I received a voicemail saying I needed to reschedule my delivery, so I returned the call. When I did, I was told there was no issue with my delivery, and the call was made in error. I explained that this was our new home, not our current one and that it’s a four hour drive away. I further explained my concern with the miscommunication and asked them to check again as driving’s minimum of 8 hours round trip with two small children for a delivery that was going to arrive was simply not acceptable to me. The agent then confirmed with her supervisor there was no issue with our order and confirmed it would be there on Sunday. After driving four hours Saturday evening to meet their 8am-3pm time window, Living Spaces then informed me my order will in fact not be arriving on Sunday, the earliest they can have it arrive is two weeks from now as they only deliver to our area on Sundays, and the best they can do for my inconvenience is to refund the delivery fee, which doesn’t even cover the gas wasted, let alone the inconvenience. I will NEVER do business with this company again. Good luck to those of you who choose to do so.

Do NOT buy anything from Living Spaces. And if you do decide to take the leap, do not waste your money on their warranty because it's a scam. I bought a dining room table and 4 chairs two years ago. The chairs were fabric bottoms and have sunk down. One is sunken down so much it's ripped underneath and they denied the claim, saying it was "normal" wear and tear. Excuse me, but I think chairs should last longer than 2 years and if they are ripped, that is NOT wear and tear. Mind you I have no small children using these chairs. Myself and 2 other young adults who certainly know how to sit in a chair. They are useless. I will NEVER shop at another Living Spaces again. You get what you pay for.
