Same as what everyone else is saying, POOR customer service. Horrible delivery service. Laura (team lead) was absolutely no help, disconnected the call when I wanted more help. Managers are no help and do nothing right. Installers came in and did a half ass job. They have ZERO control over delivery service which is bad.

Living Spaces doesn't even deserve one star these days. We had furnished a good deal of our home 7 years ago with Living Spaces, and were very satisfied. Therefore, we were confident in using them again. WHAT A DISASTER. Here are a few of the issues: - The custom-order couch arrived in the wrong color. They said the colors shown on the website are "automations" and therefore not real. What? - Much of our furniture arrived broken. Not only a problem for that piece of furniture, but it ruins the entire set . - The customer service is APPALLING. No accountability, no follow-through. - Our order was about $8500, and they sent a bill to Synchrony, their finance company, for $10200. You would not believe the fight we had to endure to rectify that. Synchrony is a whole other debacle of a company, but they ultimately agreed that Living Spaces had falsified the amount. Unbelievable. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS SHAM OF A STORE.

I can’t begin to tell you how disappointed I am with your store. We are long time customers but will never step foot in your store again after our long, frustrating and extremely unpleasant experience. We have tried for the last 3.5 months to get a problem with an adjustable bed frame resolved. After going back and forth between the store and the warranty people and after being told the frame was not repairable (yes we made the mistake of buying the extended warranty) we finally were told to go pick out a new frame. We get there and we’re informed that the frame we purchased just 2 years ago is no longer being made (I assume it’s because it’s a piece of garbage that stopped working after 2 years). So we pick out the one that we’re told is comparable, which is exactly like the one we had btw, and we are then told that we owe $158 difference. So, we paid over $200 for the warranty that is basically useless and then we had to pay an additional $158 to replace our faulty bed frame with the exact same frame that now goes by Revive 3.0 instead of Revive 3000. So now we are out almost $500 at this point on an item that should have been replaced 100%. If LS carries products that are that faulty they can’t even last 2 years they should get a different vendor. Stop making your customers pay for your bad decisions. If I could use negative stars I would. Shame on you LS.

Worst decision ever! This place is a joke, I ordered a simple dining set over a month ago. I could never get the status of the shipment, finally given a tracking number, put that in on their website, and it says it’s no longer in their care. It is now with UPS. I called UPS they don’t even have any tracking numbers that would be associated with my dining table from this place. I called living spaces back and got the rudest employee ever who said their shipping company picked it up and once they have it it’s out of their hands they don’t know anything about it and can’t be of any help. Let me first mention that the package is not with UPS like their website says in the staff told me well it’s just a glitch in our system that it tells everybody. Their packages are with UPS but it’s with some other shoddy company called pilot. Now I have called pilot several times, and they could not find my table and as of this morning I am told oh it’s in Ohio. We don’t know when it’ll get here don’t bother calling will call you. Terrible all the way around! Writing bad reviews on every platform possible. I should have done better research.

If I could give 0 stars I would. I ordered furniture about 5 wks ago. I went to the store and the person that helped me was very helpful and knowledgeable. I felt comfortable to place my order and was told to expect it to arrive in warehouse in about 5 wks. I called to today to customer service to confirm that it was ready for pick up and to check on status. The customer representative repeatedly told me they could not help me without a delivery address. I had provided him with my order number and told them it wasn't being delivered to my home, it was being delivered to the store. I tried to give them my home address and they said that was not on file. Which again I told them this from the get go as the plan was always to pick up my order from the store, the delivery address listed should be their store. The customer service rep hung up the phone on me when I asked for their name and to speak with a manager or someone who could help. Their solution was unacceptable to me as they wanted me to drive up to the store in person to check on status of my order in person. After being hung up on, I called back and asked to speak with a manager, which was a waste of my time. The manager, Hilary, defended their employee's actions and tried to justify their actions as "they were just doing their job". Yet somehow the manager was able to confirm product was in warehouse. I'm seriously contemplating cancelling my order and continuing my search for furniture elsewhere. Seriously disappointed.

if you choose to buy here, DO NOT BUY the extended warranty that they offer you when you buy furniture. They claim you can use it as if its NO PROBLEM but when you try to use it, you get the run around about your problem or simply put as though its your fault. I paid a good amount of money for the extended warranty and IT IS USELESS. I have bought several furniture pieces and home decor from here, but I CAN NOT continue to buy when a company WILL NOT honor their word. Don't get sucked into the cheaper prices....THIS PLACE IS A SCAM and the reality of it is I dont think they care because they know they will continue to sell to other people. Once you are out the door, they could care less. I would rather PAY MORE somewhere else and have great customer service.

Horrible customer service and they will not take care of you and make things right when they have clearly messed up! Even after taking out a line of credit with them! I purchased a couch and a pricey accent chair. The couch showed up on time but the chair never showed up. I was never given a receipt or email confirmation which I assumed would have been sent automatically. I didn't hear from anyone or receive any order updates on the chair that didn't arrive and had to go into the store to find out what was going on. They informed me it would not be coming even though they had already charged my card but I could take the floor model for the same price to "make up" for their mistake. I told them this was unacceptable as I had purchased a new chair that 1000's of people had not sat their butts on or kicked off their shoes and curled their bare feet into (saw this happen multiple times) At this point, they offered a discount of an additional 50 bucks. $1200 dollar chair they sold me brand new but since they can't deliver the new one they will give me 50 bucks off for the used, dirty, damaged version on their floor with crumbs all over it and make you come pick it up too?? Seriously lacking in common sense if they can't see why this is horrible customer service. The manager finally came to show her face after hours of waiting for someone to help me. She talked down to me like I was expecting something from another planet because I wanted some basic customer service. Trust me, you won't find it at Living Spaces in Thornton if ANYTHING goes wrong with your purchase!! They refuse to actually help you when you are standing their after hours of waiting for help and the MANAGER says in a snarky way that "you have to come back anyway to pick it up" because they couldn't process the exchange/payment when I was there after waiting for over an hour. Very Very poor choice of words and no common sense there. I was already frustrated for all of my wasted time even having to come back into the store and inquire about the furniture that never showed up and then they tell me in order to purchase their dirty, damaged, floor model I have to come back in the morning? The snarky manager says, "I have to come back anyway" Why would you say this when I originally purchased a new chair and paid for it to be delivered so I shouldn't be in your store at all! I wasn't planning on being the one to come back and pick it up. They do not care one bit about wasting your time. The employees are friendly but the manager is rude and has no customer service skills. Now I have a couch that I can't return and their credit card.

In April, 2023, I purchased 3 pieces of matching power furniture (2 recliners - 1 sofa). It is August, 2023 and one of the chairs has already broke - it will go up but not go down. Service was called - they can't fix it, but I can get a replacement "OH, but that furniture has been discontinued", so I can go pick out something else (that won't match what I have). I asked for a refund for the price of the chair. I was told the best they can do is a store credit. I told them they don't have anything that will match what I have and I don't do mix match furniture - so the store credit is useless (which I have 12 days to redeem). I don't live close to the store and I don't need anything else in my house. I just want me money back on the broken chair that I now have to sit in and look at everyday. DO NOT SPEND YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY AT LIVING SPACES.
