They are cheaters scammers. They took 1 lakh deposit from me never confirmed the date of delivery. Unilateral way of operation. I am in Mumbai and I learned from my friend in Bangalore he had the same experience. Files case against them in consumer court. Please stay away from this company

I ordered two glass tables from Living Spaces and have received two very damaged large boxes filled with broken glass. The company is refusing to refund my money for the 2nd order, nor pick up the approx.75lb box of dangerous broken glass and will not respond to my emails. They/Christina insisted I open the second box and photograph the broken glass, In doing so I cut my finger and had broken glass spill out on the floor of my community's package room. Customer service will not acknowledge or respond. As a retired designer having ordered hundreds of furniture and decor items, this experience is unacceptable.

Alex Johnson is Customer Service deserves a raise! After chatting in on an issue for legit 6 hours with someone else and not getting my not-at-fault damage issue resolved, and being told it could be up to 24 hours before I speak to a supervisor, I decided to call in myself and got sweet Alex. She went above and beyond to get me taken care of properly, was so kind and understanding, and is my new best friend. Thank you so much, Alex!

Paid $100 for "full in-home assembly" on a $900 order—turns out the item was already assembled. Just adding wheels. Tried to cancel, was told it’d delay my order and cost more. Two useless chats, a scripted call, and a rude manager who blamed me. Drove to the store and canceled everything. Awful service, zero accountability. Never again. Shameful way to treat customers.

Worst customer service ever. They sell the cheapest quality furniture, force you to buy a useless warranty, and don't stand by their product at all. I'm up to 20 hours of calls and emails and still not even close to a resolution.

Horrible company and customer service is non-existent. After reading some of these reviews, I still went ahead and ordered a dining table. I was told it would take a month for delivery. I also paid for in home delivery. The table was delivered on the date expected and brought into my home. After unboxing the table and setting it up, I was wonderfully surprised how beautiful the table was. It is a heavy well constructed table, and I couldn’t be happier.

I ordered a dining room set on a Sunday night. Did not get an invoice. I wrote on their chat that they said they would reach back out to me. Heard nothing. Told them within the 48 hours I wanted to cancel. Contacted my credit card to dispute payment. The truck company called me today to tell me that they wanted to set up delivery. I told them that I had cancelled the order with Living Spaces. Got a call from them saying they had not gotten a text from me when I sent them something the next day. Heard absolutely nothing. I still have no email and if my email was incorrect, they should have received a bounce back. Not someone I would ever use to purchase from. Now they are charging me a fee for the order of $51.94. I would tell buyers to beware.
