DO NOT BUY FROM LIVING SPACES!!! They have cheaply made furniture, the worst customer service, and bad practices that scam you.
When my dresser and nightstand came damaged, misaligned, and had a metal on metal interlocking drawer system that was horribly and gratingly loud and with annoying loud clicks when opening and closing the drawers. There was damage on a corner of one of my nightstands and damage to the other drawer w/broken wood and couldn’t use as wasn’t attached to the rails.
I first try to attempt by contacting them through chat, but no one was ever available. So I call and report the damage and issues and they pushed a technician to come out to try and fix which took forever to get it set up and come to me 2 1/2 weeks later. I asked several times on separate occasions if I could still return after the technician comes past the 7 day window and customer service said if I wasn’t happy with the results I could still return.
Bull crap! They lie! Well I wasn’t happy with the results and I have been constantly back and forth calling and emailing trying to get this crap furniture returned and refunded. I sent in photos and videos multiple times and they keep asking for more and still unable to return.
DO NOT GIVE ONE CENT OF YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY TO THIS DECEITFUL AND SCAMMING BUSINESS!!!!
I am now forced to write complaints to the BBB and FTC hoping to get this returned. I am so disgusted and frustrated right now. I wish I would have read all of these other negative reviews before buying anything from them. Just stay far away.

I picked Living Spaces due to the options.
I picked Living Spaces due to the positive reviews. However, that has not been my experience. My initial order (10/13/24) was for a couch with expected delivery 10/30/24-11/6/24. Well that time came and went and I did not hear anything. I messaged the company through the online chat feature. I was told the couch was on backorder and should arrive within 1-2 weeks. Once again that time came and went. I was not contacted or provided any communication regarding my order. I contacted the company again via online chat and was given another date. Once again the time came and went with no communication regarding my order. This has been happening numerous times- I have lost count. Hopefully my communication between the various chat representatives can be found. I purposely communicated via chat to include a paper trail as I could not find a way to email customer service. I asked for this to be escalated to a manager during my last couple online chat conversations. I am now approaching 3 months with nothing to show for and a feeling that the company does not care. I hope this can be resolved. The customer service has been horrible throughout this process.

Wont load the furniture or help load the furniture
After buying over $7000 worth of furniture last month I needed one more piece to finish my room. I found a table that matched one that I bought, it was in pretty bad shape but was on price cut. I bought the table and wanted to take it with me. I have a pickup truck now they inform me that they can't load the furniture in my truck, nor would they help me load it. BUT, they said I could use a third party to deliver the same day . WAIT, WHAT?? I am here, I have paid, I have a truck... no they gave me a story about can't touch furniture new rules etc. etc. So then I said lets deliver but then they tell me they can't deliver, I have to call the third party company and pay and they will deliver. SO MUCH RUN AROUND, total waste of my time, total waste of money. The end of the story is the condescending attitude of the sales staff...UNACCEPTABLE...

Web and phone support are a joke.
I placed two orders for furniture designed and built by Living Spaces on 12/31/24 and 1/1/25. Their phone support and on-line support is a waste of time and now I find out that to cancel my orders, there is a 10% fee because it is a third party provider??? They are products designed and built by Living Spaces! They won't do an address change on-line and say to call support. Their phone support says that it can't be done until 12 pm PST (it's a week day). They ask for reviews and when I tell the first person it will be a lousy review, there is no SMS received. In trying to link two orders, no email link is provided. I looked at the furniture in the store but now I am seriously concerned about what will be received and their service after that.

DO NOT USE LIVING SPACES!
I’m extremely disappointed with my experience purchasing a $4,000+ couch from Living Spaces.
Since delivery in mid-September, the couch has emitted a terribly strong harsh chemical odor that has not gone away, even after months months of airing it out. It made my entirely apartment smell and my Dyson air purifier consistently detects high VOC levels when placed anywhere near the couch.
I tried opening all of my windows day and night (and doors during the day) and it still persisted. After a few days, it started giving us headaches and making us nauseous.
I took two out of three pieces of the sectional and put them in my garage for 3+ months to at least have the majority of the sofa outside of the apartment. Still just having only one piece of the couch inside made my apartment reek of foul chemicals.
I called Living Spaces a week after purchasing it and they said to just give it time. Well, 3.5 months later and it is still stinking up my whole apartment. And again, the majority of the sectional is in the garage still. And guess what? Now the whole garage smells terrible. Again, 3.5 months later!
My Dyson air purifier still gives off "red" readings of very high VOCs. I tried to take this up with Living Spaces and they said they refuse to take the couch back and refused to offer any kind of refund, exchange, or resolution – leaving us stuck with an unusable and unhealthy product.
All of this after I called customer service and they told me to just wait it out. I'm done waiting it out!
I'm now going to have to get rid of a brand new $4,000+ couch and start over and spend thousands to replace it. What an absolute ripoff and terrible customer service to have verifiable high levels of VOCs that are known to be neurotoxic and cause cancer. I cannot believe this is how they think they should do business.
Save yourself the hassle, money, and frustration — avoid Living Spaces entirely!

Terrible Customer Service - Bad Products
Very seldom to I leave a review this terrible.
I purchased a set from Living spaces in Feb 24 for approx $2500. This set was decent and has looked good style wise, although the quality of the material was a bit questionable. However, you get what you pay for. Given that we were happy with the first set, when we decided to remodel, we went back in November of 24.
I spent over $7k on a leather sofa set on 11/22/24. The first sofa delivered on 11/25 was damaged at the warehouse, the second delivered on 12/6 was cut by a box cutter during delivery, the third delivery on 12/9 came with box cutter marks which were done at warehouse or delivery, the fourth delivery on 12/16 was a used returned sofa delivered (cuts, marks, dirt), the 5th delivery on 12/18 had major sun damage and discoloration from sitting in the sun, and the final 6th delivery on 12/23 had manufacturer die defects (there is a repair spot on the arm). Each time, managers assured me the next sofa would be inspected prior to delivery, but none of them were actually inspected. I offered to go to the warehouse prior to delivery to inspect but was told they wouldn't let us do this.
I have spoken to multiple reps, supervisors, and managers online. They also asked the store to get involved to assist me. The first two store employees (Joshua and Diane) were so nice and both admitted they have a systemic warehouse issue as well as the fact that they contract 3rd party delivery teams which are not great. However, they both said they would make sure the warehouse inspected the next sofa's and this did not happen.
The last customer service manager at the store, Sheridan, was rude and offensive. Sheridan told me there was nothing wrong with Sofa #6, and hung up on us. Sheridan told us only course of action was that the store would take the set back and charge us $700 (10%) restocking plus $99 return pickup fee. The last delivery, the team was rude and my very patient son almost asked them to lease our house. He would not take pictures of the defects but took pictures of the other side of the sofa that was in front of the bright light of our door.
After an hour on the phone with Sheridan, I called back (1-800 number because you cannot call and speak to a store manager) and they finally admitted it was a manufacturer defect, after showing the better pictures I had to send it to another manager. However, Sheridan had written notes on the account that could not be exchanged (even though 4 times were delivery/warehouse issues). The customer service through the 1-800 number has decided that since it was manufacturer defects, they will return the entire set free of charge... However, we used their financing, and I have already made 2 payments on a sofa set that I don't have. Financing is to begin 30 days after delivery... but since the deliveries have failed and they don't communicate that to the financing company either, I have been paying on a set I don't actually have.
They are set to pick back up the defective set Jan 8th. I simply wanted them to exchange the sofa for a good one as I have decorated around this set and truly love the style and design. Instead of making it right, we were told we couldn't be pleased with the manufacturer. We don't feel this is a manufacturer issue, but rather a store, warehouse, and delivery issue.
Moral of the story - Living Spaces would rather lose a $7k sale rather than just make it right. The actual store support (Sheridan and Leslie - her boss) have no desire to make things right. They were rude, condescending, and care nothing about customer service. I feel like overall this could be a great store, but the lack of customer service and incompetence makes me warn anyone from buying. I have tried to get resolution on this issue and no one at corporate will actually call me back.

Nice looking furniture in showroom but wait until they deliver
Nice looking furniture in showroom, nice sales associates. “Custom made” furniture is garbage’ Seems are not straight, and aren’t sealed completely. I am on my forth claim due the spring popping through the bottom of chair just because someone sat in chair. Average size people. So happy I bought the warranty. Don’t waste your money here
