We ordered our couch on August 2nd - it was delivered on August 12th. We it arrived one of the pieces to the L-shaped couch was incorrect. Customer service called and said they would return the next day with the correct piece. They left the incorrect piece in our garage. Later in the day we received notification that we would not receive the piece until August 26th. They said they only come out to Granbury twice a month and they would not make an exception for us. Now we have a couch that is not complete and company coming over. Horrific customer service - they made the mistake but we are being punished for it???? Will NEVER buy ANYTHING from this company again.

I rarely post negative reviews, but my experience with Living Spaces has been extremely disappointing, I would give them a negative rating but that is not possible. I purchased a chaise that was later confirmed by their own technician to be defective in design and alignment. He personally told me this during the inspection. Despite this, Living Spaces insisted on charging me a 25% restocking fee to exchange it — treating the situation as if it were a simple return rather than a confirmed quality issue. After weeks of back-and-forth, they initially approved an exchange, but only with the fee, and gave me a short time window. When I continued to dispute the fee based on the defect, they simply let the approval expire and then told me it was “too late.” What makes this worse is the contradiction: their technician acknowledged the defect to me directly, yet their customer care team is now saying otherwise. This is not how a reputable company should handle a verified defective product. I’m left with a product I’m unhappy with, hours wasted on follow-ups, and the feeling that customer satisfaction is not a priority for Living Spaces. I expected better — honesty, accountability, and a fair resolution. Unfortunately, my experience shows otherwise.

Was on a mission yesterday to find a new living room set. First went to Rooms to Go, then Home Zone, and then Living Spaces. Walked in to Living Spaces, greeted, asked what I was looking for, pointed in the right direction, then nothing. Walked around the section 3-4 times. Stopped and took a hard look at a couple of pieces, still no one to answer questions or ask me if I needed help. Walked out. Made a purchase at one of the previously mentioned stores.

We saw some of the negative reviews but we didnt think we’d experience it. Me and my gf spent almost $4,000 on a mattress and bed frame and a ($300!!!) Mattress protector on 7/10/25 at the Baybrook location. We told the ppl we we did not move in until The 1st of August and to not send it until after the first so the package wouldn’t be lost or stolen. WELP the package delivered on the 17th and when the bed was delivered we had no mattress protector. We did not have a tracking number to at least wait for the package and go by the house and pick it up. We did not get the keys until 8/1/25 so we didn’t have access to the house. So we reached out to customer service and they are not helping AT ALL. They are saying to make a police report and we know that is not going to solve anything , the package was stolen and the between the salesperson and shipping company the ball was dropped and the shipping company. And now we are out of $300 and our merchandise we paid for. They are not budging. I hate I didn’t take the reviews seriously and hate we opened a credit card with them. We spent almost $4000 and they won’t make it right over a $300 mattress protector. WE WILL NOT BE SHOPPING THERE EVER AGAIN.

Bought a sectional back in 2023 with our new home, got the care free plan as the sales rep said they would replace any damaged parts even replace the couch. Fast forward to last week I sit down and the couch almost bottoms out. I look underneath and there’s a fabric rip and the springs have gone out. I’m only 5’10” 185lbs. You can’t sit on that spot annymore and it’s right in the middle of the sectional. I submit my claim to their warranty and it was denied because it was “continuous damage” which they don’t cover. Imagine using your couch and it fails and then the warranty they sold you on that they said covers said damage doesn’t actually cover damage. Furniture is cheap, warranty is a scam I would give them a 0 out of ten if I could.

Do not fall for Living Spaces' "warranty upsell" — it's a scam backed by zero accountability. We spent thousands on a leather sectional from Living Spaces, and during checkout, they strongly pushed the 5-year “Care Free Furniture Protection Plan,” claiming it would give us peace of mind if anything happened. Fast-forward: a single cushion ripped — the only damage on an otherwise perfect couch — and the warranty company (UNITERS / Palladio/Tarmo LLC) denied our claim, calling it “normal wear and tear.” When we asked Living Spaces for help (since THEY sold us the warranty), they completely washed their hands of it. Their customer service (Paul, supervisor @ guest services) literally said, "There's nothing we can do" and just pointed us back to the unresponsive warranty provider. No follow-up. No advocacy. No ownership. Why is Living Spaces pushing a warranty they have no intention of standing behind? They upsell the plan at the register like it’s a surefire safety net They distance themselves the moment something goes wrong They refuse to help even when the warranty company ignores repeated outreach This is beyond disappointing — it’s deceptive. If Living Spaces profits from selling these third-party plans, they should take some responsibility when things go sideways. Lesson learned: Living Spaces is happy to take your money but will leave you stranded when support actually matters. We’ll never buy from them again — and if you’re considering that “protection plan,” run the other direction.

The sales woman, I think her name was Elle, was very attentive, professional and helpful. The store is very large and full of furniture and my sales associate was able to bring me right to what I was looking for, and gave me great options to choose from. I had a great experience shopping, and will come back next time I need a new piece of furniture.

This is a terrible company. I ordered a rug that wasn’t cheap. It turned out to be extremely poor quality and had defective stitching. You could see the backing on most of the edging due to improper stitching. After repeated calls to customer service and me sending pictures, they told me I’d have to pay to have it shipped back to them whether it was defective or not. Unbelievable. Do not buy anything from this company. The return shipping cost me $143. The quality of the 8’ round rug I ordered was the worst I’ve ever seen and it costs $416 plus tax.
