Very slow service. I have bought jewelry from this company and my last two orders have been delayed beyond normal production times. I had another problem at the holidays. My order was not received before christmas and the website did not indicate it would be a month late for Christmas. I ordered a ring in early July and no word or confirmation of the order but my credit card was charged on July 10. I called to be sure my order was in order. I was told they are working on orders from late June. The customer service person said to wait another 2-3 weeks. This is unacceptable and it doesn't say anything about delayed delivery on the website. I would not recommend this company. I gave them another chance and I was again disappointed. These were pieces of jewelry for my younger granddaughters and it's hard explain to them why they don't have a present. I won't be using this company again.

I ordered in June and have not heard a peep. So disappointed. The jewelry I ordered was for a friend who lost her dad. So disappointed. Had really thought Lisa Leonard would capture the love - I was wrong

This this the most unprofessional business ever. I placed an order in June, a ring. It’s now August 6th and it still shows in production. No one answer, goes straight to voice mail, no one returns calls. When you email, the response is a formatted response, not referring to the order in question. I can understand delays, but the lack of response and or a way to contact anyone for help is bad. Canceling my order, which is sad as I really wanted that ring.

Never received order and contacted customer service multiple times. No apologies/no explanation for delay. Waited patiently for over a month. Ended up contacting the bank and they refunded my purchase for $199.34 and are contacting the company. Buyer beware

Two horrible experiences without ability to contact or communicate on orders taking 2 to FIVE months to receive!!!!! The one piece received, the silver turned brown upon first wearing.

Ordered and paid for “non-customized” items on June 2nd….Nothing!!! No REAL response to my emails and no refund of $196.75!!! Looks to me like a SCAM operation!

Ordered Peaceful Heart Necklace on May 21,2024 …it’s now August 2,2024 and STILL no necklace and numerous emails!!! DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!! It’s a SCAM!

Five months later…. Company still has not remade the charms. We are talking about three small charms! Not a big order by any means. Customer service is absolutely horrendous! If I did already own 11 other charms from this company, I’d take my loss and move on. I’m beyond disappointed, frustrated….
