I have not received my order placed on 9/4/23. There was nothing special about the order! You have lost me as a customer!

Anytime I had a question over my order, the response was immediate....which meant alot!! I received my necklace today and could not be more pleased with it. I absolutely LOVE it!!! Thank you!!

Unique gifts of utmost quality and care. I celebrate each design and can see the love and pride of the artist. Their customer care is top notch. I'd say they REALLY listen to you and UNDERSTAND your concerns without being fake or listless. This is a business I will gladly buy from time and time again.

I have ordered from them in the past with no issue and I have been happy with the product. I needed to replace a charm that was lost off my necklace. I placed the order on 9/5/2023. Their website states it can take 1-3 weeks to make the product so I waited to follow up until it had been 3 weeks since I placed the order. As of today, I have emailed twice with no response and tried to call customer service twice only to receive a message that the customer service team is in training and they cannot answer the phone. The calls were more than a week apart, which seems like a long training...at this point it's likely I'll file a chargeback with my credit card because it doesn't seem like I will be receiving my order. Very unlikely to purchase from them again.

It has been almost a month and I have not yet received my purchase of 3 necklaces.

Product never arrived. Terrible customer service. Multiple emails and phone calls without a response. I asked for a refund. Product finally arrived weeks later but was tarnished and very poor quality. Have asked multiple times for a refund and to speak to a supervisor, with no response. Even emailed the owners, Steven and Lisa, with no response.

My Fergus ring was thinner than my other rings I purchased, which was disappointing
