Placed my order on Sept 2. Received no information that it was shipped. After 14 days I called the customer service number. No answer. Went to voice mail so I left a message. After no one returned the call, I called again the next day. Again, no answer. Left message again. Still no call back. Finally received the item on September 19 (17 days after I placed the order). There was no customer support or communication during the process. Will not purchase from them again.

It arrived timely - I just was out of the office when it arrived and just got back a few days ago. I should've ordered a half size smaller. The ring is perfect otherwise. It looks just as expected.

I ordered something that did not have to be personalized on Sept. 3. Today is Sept. 20. I have yet to receive a tracking number or notification of shipment. After speaking with several people I understand this happens quite a bit. I will not order from here again. I have contacted Lisa Leonard Designs (and they don’t make it easy to contact them except by email) without any resolution.

My first order the monogram bracket came really quickly but the second part the small plate saying be you I’m still waiting for. It is a birthday present for my granddaughter which I ordered the first of Sept. can’t give you 5 stars your shipping is usually not quick.

I never received my order.its been over 19 days. Please help me

Any experience I have had with Lisa Leonard was always a great experience. She goes out of her way a little bit note than others. Especially packaging!!!

I am extremely disappointed to have gotten my bracelet and for the letter c to be a o on it. I would like them tp make it right and redo the bracelet. I will happily return it
