After 2 years of wearing a watch a crack appeared on the dale, I contacted Detomaso they send me a return label and after some negotiations and a partial payment the send me a new watch. I like the fact that they stood behind their product even past 2 year warrantee. The representative kept his cool and was professional through out.. And I love the watch!!

I tried the Zeitgeist all blue, and decided I didn’t like the color. I returned it and got a refund, no issues. Then ordered another Zeitgeist sil/white face but it didn’t have the band I wanted so added a brown leather strap. It arrived, the strap was missing one of the attachment pins, and they were out of stock so waited quite a while, finally told them I’d take a khaki leather band instead. That arrived in good order in a reasonable time, and I’m now enjoying the watch. It’s attractive with a wonderful movement. The only down side is that the crown is so thin that it’s impossible to wind the watch without a latex glove (for traction), so I don’t even try, I just treat it as a movement without a winding function. Otherwise, a wonderful watch! Support was very responsive.

My new watch lasted 3 years then burned out,useless! Impossible for my repairman who put in a new battery to repair..so this psuedo Bauhaus watch cost me about 100 US dollars a year ,then died.

The watch i bought doesnt fit right. The website says that you can return and get a refund if done before 14 days. I have received my watch of march 31st, and been trying to get the return info for the last week sending two emails and filling the return form info on their website. I have received zero info on how and where to return. Really bad customer service. Be carefull, you might get stuck with a pricey watch that is not right for you

In no way do we deprive our customers of returning an item within the time limit. But I realise that the return process has been delayed for you. For some reason we couldn't find emails from you right away. However, I see that despite this, our team has already sent you a return label. Please use it. Once we receive the watch, we will initiate the refund process to your account as soon as possible. Again, I'm sorry you had to wait a long time for a reply. This company is a joke, they’re scammers!!! They don’t answer emails, never refunded my money back. They don’t have any customer service number so you can’t even talk to an actual person aside from emails that YOU WILL NEVER GET A RESPONSE TO. I WOULD NOT SUGGEST BUYING FROM THEM, BEWARE.

Dear Daisy, I'm sorry to worry you, but I assure you there's no need to be worried. I'm sorry you had to wait so long for a reply. I have looked into your refund issue. As our support team has already replied, the problem is that we cannot process the refund manually once a case is initiated through PayPal, so we have to wait for a decision from PayPal. As soon as we can, we will process the refund from our end, but unfortunately this is not possible at the moment. I know that delays in refunds are not trustworthy, but we are doing our best and ask for your continued patience. Still waiting on a refund on a watch I never got and ordered February 16th. Still being told by "customer service" that it's been sent in the mail. It was never given to USPS. Do not buy from here.
