Saw the watch on the internet on Sunday, ordered it and received it on Tuesday - great watch, great offer (reasonable price) fast delivery: what else could I wish for? Customer service is OK too: I easily found the instruction to shorten the metal watch strap... Absolutely recommendable!

I have several watches by Lilienthat Berlin and their sister company DeTomaso. All are well designed and beautiful, and I buy them to color coordinate with my clothes. They work flawlessly and keep excellent time. My only complaint is that the date window on the Lilienthal Berlins watches is a little too small tyo be easily readable. Otherwise, everything's fine, and I'll probably puchase more.

Below is my original review. Since then, I received my watch and absolutely love it. Thanks to Kayde for helping me resolve the issue! I purchased a watch in December and never received it. After contacting Lilienthal Berlin, I received an automated reply from customer service. There are two additional replies below. The first reply was on December 15th and the last was on December 17th. I also submitted a text to Veho, which is there tracking service and was told to file a police report. As of today, January 14, I have not heard anything from Lilienthal Berlin nor have a received the watch I ordered. There watches look nice but NEVER order from a company that does not offer phone support. I will buy a watch from a store in America that has real people who answer the phone. Lesson learned and money flushed down the drain. First reply from them... Thank you for writing to us!
