They advertise they offer the most for your luxury watches. I got offered between $2k-3k for a less then a year old Omega Planet Ocean GMT Oreo with box and papers in excellent condition. The pawnshops offer way more than this place trying to rip people off and low ball offers. They should be a pawnshop, insulting. Don’t do business here. They will try to take advantage of you for their benefit. Go to watchfinder & co as they offered double of what this place tried to give me. Stay far far away!!!!

I have a gold Rolex yacht master which had a broken clasp. I sent an appointment with Donny but had to cancel it a couple of times and when I finally got there I dealt with Karli. Overall it was an incredible experience. The store itself is beautiful and everyone was pleasant. They offered me a drink I'll I was simply dropping my watch off. The best part was a few days later I got a call saying my watch was ready and there was no charge. When I went to pick it up I was again offered a drink and everyone was very nice. When he gave me my watch they packed it in a beautiful leather package. I can't recommend these people highly enough. Ed Mullin

Working with Alan and Donny has been an absolute pleasure! I was tasked with assisting my father with setting up an appointment at Precision Watches to visit their Rolex boutique and their Store Director Alan could not have been more accommodating! We arrived at the store a bit early and Donny, their Rolex Ambassador was waiting to greet us with warm welcomes as well as offered us beverages while we looked around. My father was set on a Rolex to celebrate his upcoming retirement and Donny guided us through the boutique and allowed him to pick out his preferred model to try on in one of their private areas. My mother also picked out a few watches to try out as well. My father was swept away with the selection of Rolex and Cartier watches and we both agreed that Precision had many more models available for preview than any other boutiques. My parents were both so incredibly impressed with Donny’s knowledge and kindness in addition to offering such a wonderful and thoughtful presentation of the Rolex offerings. Donny made sure to take time to provide some great insight into their Omega, Tudor and Cartier timepieces as well as their respective historical details along with their preowned items. My father wasn’t as familiar with their designs and collections, so he was pleased to find other watches that he might possibly like to add to his collection. Donny is truly a master of his craft and offers unparalleled service combined with an incredible attention to detail! Our entire interaction felt sincere and genuine all while offering a professional yet comfortable environment to browse without feeling pressured. It was so refreshing to see someone with such an excitement about watches and the enthusiasm that he shares for all thing’s horological! While my father wasn’t able to leave with the respective watch that he wanted, he feels very confident that both Alan and Donny will be able to deliver his Rolex in record time! Do not sleep on Precision Watches…you will absolutely not be disappointed at all and will most certainly be in good hands!
