LightsandhomeReviews of lightsandhome.com

These lights are poor. They fall short of advertised lumen output. They will not light all night, even on a very sunny day. I tried to return. After many emails and texts and no-return phone calls, I finally reached someone. You can't return the items until you send them an email accepting their terms and conditions. And they are ridiculous. They charge $30 for each item returned. Two brackets and two cheap lights, $120. Do not do business here. Other companies have much better products, and less money. Run from these people. I am stuck with their junk.

Purchase 2 street led floodlight, 45 minutes after purchasing the product found out it was not suitable emailed back direct to cancel the order and was told it’s too late even though the product was coming from their Australian distribution centre 1 hour air flight to it’s Adelaide destination. Items arrived in Adelaide got in contact with customer service and they telling me to send it to Venezuela to some third-party, decided not to do that as it didn’t not sound ethical and decided to hold and sell it privately here in Australia at 100’s of dollars less the value a substantial loss. The sales transaction was with the Utah USA sales centre the product should’ve been returned to the USA sale centre not another country very poor service. They would not give the amount of costs involved for the transaction to be returned until it arrived where ever after asking a number of times.

What a great experience I’ve had with Lights and Home! I just received my order today a little over a week after placing it!! I received several emails confirming my order and tracking numbers with shipping information. The products arrived on time packed very well for shipping. The prices were the best I could find!! The painting, lamps, and prints I ordered are beautiful!

Another example of horrible customer support. Had a problem called customer support. Extremely rude person. Told it can only be handled by Sales. I asked how to call sales, in a rude manner, she said they would contact me. Of course they did not. Unfortunately i did not read reviews before purchasing.

No stars would be more appropriate. I bought an $800 pendant light August 31, 2020 and said would be shipping in 2-3 business days. It is now October 26th and the order status says the same ... order processing check back in 24hours. No answer “we are closed” anytime I call during supposed business hours. Do not buy from this sham company!!

Buyer beware! Don't be fooled by the seemingly low prices. Fast shipping, item as described...however...refused to honor 25% coupon for submitting my email address. There is NO customer service. My experience was the same as the other one star reviews. I spoke with two people who both promised me a call back. No call back. I sent two emails and never received a response. Proceed at your own peril.

A very consistent theme in these reviews. Terrible customer service. Rude agents at ‘customer service’ call centres. Company does not respond to emails or request for call back. Based on the number of similar reviews this is clearly part of their corporate culture - not just an isolated incident.

Run, don't walk, away from this website! I did receive my item; however, I never received a confirmation email. They are connected with Galaxie Lighting in Lindon, UT. I needed to initiate a return and I have tried to contact both places via emails and phone calls. They do answer but their response is always the same--the representatives you need to talk to are on other lines and will contact you which never happens. You will likely be fine ordering if you are sure you won't need to return. Despite what it says on both websites, returns are not accepted or allowed.
