Order placed 1/12 and waited until 1/17 to call to find out why it had not shipped. Shipped on 1/18 with delivery a week later on 1/24. No delivery on 1/24 and now it is supposed to be 1/25 - so if you are in a hurry to receive your order don't use this company!

item said "in stock" however, it was not and will not be for a month. They did not tell me until I emailed to ask where item was. They charged me in advance for the item even though I am still waiting.

The prices are good but you need to do a little work on you web sight. It gives you discount that your company say's it shouldn't be giving and it is giving false information on the products availability. The product I ordered was supposed to be in stock but I was notified after I had already ordered it that it was on back order for 6 to 8 weeks.

i ordered a really large piece and I was so excited because I got an excellent price but I was so disappointed that the shipping was so torn and broken box. I checked the pieces and most of the light fixtures were broken. I was so disappointed but the customer service was great and responsive to try and resolve the issue. I was just so disappointed with all the broken pieces.

I purchased two Robert Abbey lamps from here. They were from the same family, to go on each side of our sofa. The table lamp was perfect but the floor lamp ended up being much too large for the location. I was willing to spend a bit of money to return the floor lamp as it has a slab of marble for it's base. It was a $400 lamp, and I thought even if I received store credit I would still be able to find another lamp for the spot. Unfortunately, I was told Robert Abbey lamps are not returnable, so I am stuck with an expensive lamp hiding in an upstairs bedroom, where it fit. I was not happy at all with this, but did find a replacement (from another retailer). They lost any future business from me.

Hi MP, Thank you for your business and your review. Unfortunately, Robert Abbey is the only manufacturer out of the 300 lighting manufacturers we partner with that does not accept any returns. The lights are great. They shipped in no time at all and came in excellent condition. However, trying to contact this company left me wanting. Multiple phone call attempts were met with an answering machine and no return call. And only a single response was given to many emails. Their coupon code system seems broken as you cannot discount items beyond a specific price - which is reasonable - but this is not explained on the listing or checkout pages. Product 5/5, company 3/5. Updated 9/15/17: I appreciate that you came forward and worked to make amends with the credit. I’m still willing to purchase from your store in the future due to its selection and quality. Thanks again.
