The customer service rep., Franky, was wonderful!
The customer service rep., Franky, was compassionate, knowledgeable, thorough, patient and helpful through the ordering process. According to Franky, his manager was voluntarily working with him to make it easier for my wife and I to become a LifeStation customer. Thank you and keep up the great work!

I returned this watch
I returned this watch, it was way to big and heavy, that was my main problem with it.

Great Representative
The representative was very thorough and thoughtful. Our first call was just to be at information and when he found out this was our first call he suggested a few things that we should look at when comparing.
