Usually prompt answer when I check my wrist button. Courteous and knowledgeable representatives. Once my unit was accidentally activated, and when they called, I told them so. A little later I heard loud knocks on my door and was terribly surprised and embarrassed when I finally opened the door to find an ambulance, police car, and another vehicle out front.

My only concern is the amount of time from when the button is pressed to when someone comes on the line.

I accidentally knocked (I guess ) the button on my wrist band or knocked the button on the outdoor device....anyway i did not summon help that I knew of.. I heard some talking coming from another room which I could not understand..must have been from base station.. I did not answer some calls on the phone I did not recognize. Finally a 650 number (my area) come up and I answered it even though I did not recognize the caller. It was police dept. wanting to know if I needed help. I told them them "no".
