I did not realize I had to be close to the "sensor" if I described my problem. I had to walk a distance to talk to the "operator". Also, a battery is low and I get a loud alarm voice. . I cannot find the instruction booklet. I believe the message talks about the wrist alarm and its battery). BUT people have tried to find a way to exchange a battery and also to learn what kind of battery. I have no luck trying to get a phone number to call. Also what are the Terms & Conditions that you want me to accept???
