The service has been excellent
The service has been excellent, although, I was wondering if you had a device on which I could reach you when I am out and about with friends, like the one on QVC?

Service has ups and downs
They helped twice when called and we were glad we had them. The down side is that it takes a while for anyone to answer the phone in an emergency. Also, we had given two numbers to call in case of an emergency. They would call the first and if there was no answer, instead of calling the second, they would call an ambulance. Neither fall required an ambulance visit...just a call to family.

This service was so helpful for prompt notifications
This service was so helpful for both of my parents. I received prompt notifications when my parents needed help and when needed the calls to 911 were seamless. The only times that were a bit confusing were when the notifications were electronic and would send messages to everyone on the call list even though I was contacted first and dealt with the problem. This usually happened late in the evening and on weekends. When I would call back it was an automated message and could not get through to a person. Then the rest of the call list would be notified.
