This was a great service for my Father-in-law. We live close by and we were able to customize the call order. Customer service and set up people were always very helpful. It gave us all peace of mind to know that he could get ahold of us quickly if he needed us. Wonderful value for the price!

It helped save my mother who had fainted in the bathroom and luckily pushed the life station button. The paramedics arrived and got her to the emergency room very quickly.

Awesome company.....These folks have been nothing but helpful before and after we started using their service. They are quick to respond when needed and provide excellent customer service every time. The price is very reasonable for the service provided. We rely on them for 2 elderly family members on a daily basis. I would recommend them to anyone concerned about a loved one.
