I got this service for my aunt who is 92 and lives alone and LifeStation has been so helpful in the few times she has pushed her button. It gives me peace of mind also that if she does need help and cannot get to the phone, it only takes a minute for her to alert the call center. Installation was simple and easy too. Yes, I would recommend this company to anyone!

LifeStation did a great job when my relative fell and was unable to get up. They could not get a good response from her so they called emergency responders and stayed on the line until they arrived and took care of her needs. They also called us and gave us update. All turned out well and am very comforted by having their service.

When they send you a replacement charger for one that went bad they expect the customer how to figure out how to return providing nothing to return it on. They did not send a return label until I called told them that. It did not come in a box but a bubble pack w/no return label. Thinking it may be time to change companies
