Agent takes 2+ minutes to respond after button pressed. Seems like it shouldn't take that long.

Excellent response time. Courteous telephone personnel . Easy to use pendant. Great range. Too long of a recharge time.Drives me crazy

I feel they take to long to answer the phone.Every call is an emergency that someone is counting on. This could mean life or death. Other than that this service is ok.

Only problem that when I get a text regarding my Mom they use all the available characters placing her full name in twice and do not tell you what had occurred.

I'm a relatively new customer but find no problem with the equipment or the service. My only objection is the flashing light on the control button which can sometimes be seen through my clothing.

I somehow activated the emergency need on my device at 3:00 A.M. ! awoke and by the time I reached the monitor, the report had already been made, The person on line verified whether there was an actual emergency or not and asked that I identify myself. It is reassuring to know there really is someone on call in the case of a true emergency.

Had to use Life Station twice in a week and a half! First time ever for severe vertigo & vomiting. Didn't know what was wrong & could not move. The next time, I passed out, hit my head on the wall & could not get up. I don't know how long I was out. Both times I had to be taken to emergency room. I can't imagine what would have happened with out Life Station because even though I live in a condo complex, no one can hear you yell because the walls are of CBS block. Thank you!

I accidently pushed my button when I was outside working, and they kept calling until I heard the phone. Next step they would of called 911 thank you
