I’ve been coming to see Jess at Lifestance for over 6 months now and I am highly satisfied. The caring nature of her AND this office shows clearly. I can’t rave enough about her and it. I would pay ANYTHING for therapy but they’re able to keep my copays low also and don’t harass when I’m a little late on paying and I appreciate that. Nothing but positive things to say!

Horrible. They over charge you and there is no one to speak to correct it. I made an appointment for virtual doctors appointment and their system was down. They had to reschedule my appointment because of their system being down and then they charged me $100 for a no-show. I called nine times to get it corrected. They told me originally when they had to reschedule me that I would not be charged because it was on their program. Their fault after nine times of calling to get it corrected at each time telling me they would correct it. they finally corrected it only for it to show back up a month later I would never use this care provider. All they care about this money go to a primary care doctor that cares about you and not just about money and constantly wrongfully charging people and make it near impossible to talk to someone/ get a response.

The clinician I saw was solid, but this service is super annoying in other ways. They have a patient portal and email and text you about appointments, yet don't let you cancel or move an appointment online, by email, or by text. I was traveling internationally and unable to call, so I had no way of moving my appointment 48+ hours in advance. I called Monday morning when I had service, over 24 hours in advance and they said ther was a $150 (!!!!) fee for cancelling <48 hours in advance. This feels punitive. Make it easier to cancel online and/or have a less insane policy ($50 for cancelling <24 hours in advance seems much more standard to me). I also had to have an unnecessarily long phone call to discuss this (15+ min and they could still not confirm whether or not they could waive the fee)

I tried to cancel but was unable to reach anyone - this started 5d before my appt. I tried email thru the portal, which someone got and just told me to call. When you call the recording tells you to use the website for booking, but you can't use the website for re-scheduling or canceling it seems. And then sometimes when you call the system gets stuck, you can be put on hold for long times and transferred around or nothing happens and the system gets stuck. I have complained to the therapist the whole time I have been using her about how hard your systems are to use. The portal allow you to see appts, but not request a change., and if you call and can't get someone, it is your fault and they charge you. This organization see themselves as more important than the customer. The person I talked to said they were short staff because of the holidays and you have to call back. Like I have nothing better to do and that is my fault they are sometimes short staffed. It is not the first time I have had this issue trying to cancel. I would not use them.

I’ve been going to LifeStance Health for the past several months for anxiety and it’s been nothing short of amazing! I’ll start with saying the front office staff are always so friendly and very helpful. My wonderful and amazing therapist, Charmaine Reid is very knowledgeable in her field. She’s also compassionate, supportive and has made a major difference in my life since I started working with her. She’s also compassionate and provides me with great advice and tools to use in my daily life. I know when I’m speaking with her, she makes me feel heard and understood. Honestly, I thank God for her daily! If you’re looking to talk to someone and are in need of some excellent support, please reach out to LifeStance! I would highly recommend Charmaine Reid!

I cannot go past 2025 but it started in 2024 over a year and a half and still no resolution. I filed eight grievances with insurance company bc of bad billing. Copays were incorrect, claims were not turn in to insurance correctly. Insurance knows this, I've warned them about the company and how they treated me. I had zero balance for 5 months then bills came in. My zero balance did not count. I have two bills, while they only show one. They say they will call back but they don't. They are known to lie. My bill was not filed with insurance and I don't owe anything but yet they have past due. Insurance advised me not to pay. This place is no good. I'm not the only one. Oh! Lifestance suddenly went from an F to an A within months on the B.B.B.

My counselor, Hanan Abdelwahab, is amazing! She's very kind and understanding. Christmas and New Year's are very challenging for me. I had a session with her last night and I am feeling lighter and more positive today. It's such a welcome change!
