Trash. Never use. They sent 5 different scripts to 2 different pharmacies. It took 3 months to get them to fax my medical records to the insurance company for prior authorization. I haven't been able to afford to take my medication because I need insurance to cover it. Plus it's impossible to get to speak to a competent human being who actually cares.

I had 2 appointments on 6/5. One therapy and one psychiatric. It should have been a $45 copay for each. Lifestance told me they didn’t charge my insurance because of an issue and automatically charged my card (which they make you have on file,) $485. They tried to charge me for 3 copays and the treatment service. My insurance company said they got an invoice from Lifestance and they paid them too! After months of back and forth with lifestance billing, i had to file a dispute with my bank! Finally, I won the dispute (only because Lifestance didn’t end up answering my bank back within the 45 day dispute window! Thank god for their incompetence! After all of this, I wanted to close my account! Now, I see they are requesting $45 again! I put them on a merchant lock with my bank so they can’t charge my card anymore. Apparently, my psychiatrist tried to claim that my 6/5 visit with her was 2 different medical codes, what a mess! We only had a 15 min follow up appointment ONLY! This is ONE medical code. I have had previous follow ups where I was charged correctly, this was clearly an error on their part and they are trying to ROB me of ANOTHER $45. AGAIN, I’m having to deal with their HORRIBLE billing department to clear the issue and they are HORRENDOUS to work with! Takes weeks to hear back only to hear back information that is misunderstood! This back and forth is RIDICULOUS! I have been dealing with their billing department for HALF A YEAR to fix this issue. I AM NOT PAYING THEM ANYMORE MONEY! Oh my god, this company is a SCAM! THEY ARE ROBBERS! BE AWARE! RUN!

I had just moved to a new state & was looking for a psychiatrist in-network. I was able to quickly & easily make an appointment with someone through LifeStance Health! My appointments are online through a video chat service. My psychiatrist is a very good listener & has helped me tremendously! I feel helped & heard. Highly recommend this service!

The practioner I saw was the first to fully listen to my symptoms and concerns about a previous misdiagnosis and was very understanding and patient. The building was clean and the receptionists were friendly.

They do not answer the phone nor patient portal and want a credit card on file to find some way to charge patients money for bare minimum service. My so called Dr made me wait over 30 minutes for an appt and said "oh I didn't see you there". Do yourself a favor and find somewhere else to go.

I DESPERATELY wish I had come here 1st. Evil people. I am in bad shape. Need help. Called and stressed, I need a Psychologist or Psychiatrist. I currently see someone who feels I need I higher level of care. Life threatening issues. The set me up with what I later called NON-Dr. Brian. This man who the call center woman set me up with was NOT a Dr. However when he was addressed by my friend, who goes to all Dr. appointments with me, addressed as Doctor he said "just call me Brian". Anyone... I mean ANYONE in the world think he is anything but Dr. Brian? Found this out on 1st video season with him... this 'finding out process took no more than 10-15 minutes. No therapy happened as he was not a doctor. Tgiz was Sat. I told him I saw my current Non-Doctor therapist (who is humble and caring enough to tell me to find a Psychologist) I told non-Dr. Brian I would talk to my Monday therapist. I had an appointment with Non-Doctor Brian on Tuesday. On Monday I told my therapist what happened and he said RUN. I called them immediately. Told them I told Brian I was likely to cancel Tuesday...since he was not what I requested... why in the world would I want to see Non-Doctor Brian again? I am reporting this to anyone who will listen... because I just got my 3rd collection Email/Text.

Staff is rude, dismissive, verbally and mentally abusive. If you are experiencing mental health issues, this place will drive you to suicide. They do not belong in the mental health profession. They also require you to send a written autobiography up front, after all, what therapist actually wants to talk to you? I mean, who has heard of "rapport" in a mental health/therapy session? As someone with a degree in this field, I strongly encourage you to find competent professionals to help you. Mental health issues are serious, and this company does not care about its clientele. I have never had an experience with any mental health provider in the past that actually makes you feel worse about yourself after dealing with them.

I made a follow-up appt this past August 12, 2023 for December 18 2023 at 1pm. Naturally I'd forgotten about the appointment until I started getting reminders on December 16th at 10am which is a Saturday. So click the text only to find out you cannot cancel online you can only confirm. In order to cancel you MUST call the office. Surprise, surprise the office is closed on the weekends. So I send a message through the portal to the psychiatrist and the billing department stating I'm canceling the appointment. I receive a response from the office telling me I need to call to cancel. The psychiatrist responds that she doesn't believe they accept weekend cancelations but I'd need to call the office. What type of nonsense is this? They intentionally sent the reminders on the weekend knowing I couldn't reach anyone in the office. Instead of doing the ethical thing by sending the appt reminders during the week. This practice is a scam. ALSO, please tell me why I have insurance and my patient responsibility in STILL over $300 for each visit that is less than 45 minutes? These folks should be locked up or fined for taking advantage. They are preying on the weak and vulnerable. This should be a crime. Lastly, I do not consent to lifestance charging me $100 cancelation fee that yall made it impossible to cancel.
