I had been misdiagnosed for over a decade. After consulting with Dr. Lemmond, she accurately diagnosed my disorder. She is exceptionally kind and professional, diligently working to find the most suitable medication for me. I have encountered no issues with prescriptions, appointments, or any other aspects of the service. I appreciate the excellent care provided.

I have, overall, had a very good experience with Lifestance. My first provider quit the practice abruptly and I had some trouble finding a new provider, but I’m glad I stuck with the practice. My new provider is extremely supportive and a great listener.

While not every person I’ve coordinated with at LifeStance was the right fit for me, my favorite thing is they all have my chart. I don’t have to spend forever explaining my extensive and unique needs.

A+ for doctor experience but F for administrative / operational capability and response time. Based on my experience, this is a wake-up call to their doctors. It just doesn’t work.

We have had a good experience finding mental health providers through LifeStance, but the administrative side of their business is a joke. It's completely disorganized and if you ever need to reschedule an appointment, block a day out - you can't get anyone to answer the phone or call you back (and you'll get charged if you don't reschedule more than one business day in advance...which is hard to do if you can't reach anybody). This time around I've literally been trying all day - just to reschedule a virtual appointment. It's the worst experience I've had with telemedicine (no competition). If you have a better option, use is.

This company is not equipped to handle the needs of their customers, and it shows. I booked an appointment yesterday (1/3) for a date of 1/24. Today, I have called LifeStance's billing department four times to try to get an estimate for services, as I must pay out of pocket. My call times are in CST and the hold times were as follows: 9:39AM - 20 Minutes. No answer. Hung up to go to work. 12:30PM - 30 minutes. No answer. Hung up to go to lunch. 1:01PM - 20 Minutes. No answer. Hung up to go back to work from lunch. 1:30 - 46 minutes (and counting.) Still no answer - staying on hold until the office closes. As has been echoed across countless reviews, this company does not answer the phone or listen to its customers (potential or established). It should not take me nearly 2 hours of my life just to get the billing department of my mental health service on the phone to know what I can expect to pay. Before I get any automated response - note that I have called during their posted business hours, utilized the provided phone number, and gone through the automated system exactly as instructed. Any reply from this business stating anything other than "We certainly messed up on your calls as well as the calls of many other patients" is nothing more than a PR move designed to make you trust them enough to give them your money. Make no mistake - they do not care about you.
