Excellent e-portal for VTC connection with service provider.

I have been searching for a psychiatrist who actually listens, problem solves and she's me! Dr.Lemens did exactly that. Im sure it was my body language and responses that had her see past the intake questionnaire I filled out and I am thankful. I have been living in survival mode for so long I tend to dismiss things as normal routine but I can tell you I am hopeful for the first time in years with my new treatment plan. If you are struggling with severe GAD I definitely recommend trying her out, she is amazing and the front desk ladies are as well!

I had my first visit and was quite nervous about it. My anxiety was high, but by the end of our time together, Eva had calmed me down. So, I’m willing to give this therapy thing an honest try. Thank you Eva!

I have no complaints, my sessions and interactions have been online. I have not run into any issues and due to the lack of therapy and guidance, I already recommended or showed my friends it could benefit or interest.

Absolutely awful! Their billing has inaccurately billed me. They charged me late fees and no show fees for appointments I was on time to and attended. They charged me for cancelations, even when I cancelled in advance like they require. One therapist was fine, not great, but the other was awful. Do not use this company!

I missed taking my son to his therapy appointment because we had a fire in our home and even though I reached out to my therapist two hours after I realized we missed the appointment -- received no call checking if we were still coming -- was charged $145. It was a stressful day: the first day back from Thanksgiving, my husband was home sick, and we had no electricity or heat in our home for almost the entire day -- the street was having work done -- and the temps were in the 30s. I called the billing office multiple times asking for the bill to be forgiven due to the circumstances. Each time I called, I was told my concern was being escalated to a manager. After two months of calling, I still have not heard back. I liked our therapist, but have not made any follow-up appointments until this is resolved. I doubt I'll get any follow-up because soon the bill will be going to collections if it's not paid. Be forewarned that this co. is funded by private equity firms -- lots of rants from therapists on Reddit noting that they join the practice to get started in the business until going out on their own or finding another practice. There are class action suits against it for its treatment of staff.
