Bought a pair of glasses and decided to exchange. Had to call customer service a few times while doing so and talking to customer service was horrible. Instead of listening to me or helping me, I got told to be quiet and that I was rude. I found myself battling over phone instead of getting what I needed done. I am not a bad person, but I think anyone can agree when you are a grown person being told to shut up and listen by customer service it is hard to keep your cool. I would never recommend this company

Just don't waste your time. First they take your payment and then you get an alert the product is on back order and they try ad switch you to another product (this should be illegal for all online retail e.g. Selling an item they don't have and don't know when they will....). Then they can't understand why someone would have a different shipping address than billing address. Come on people, this is 2017. Gifts? Delivering to work? Moved house? Virtual mailbox?. Trust me when I say you want nothing to do with their customer "service" department.

Glasses were $500 at a national chain but after online coupon were $221 at lensesrx. Got the glasses in exacttwo weeks from when I ordered them. Quality is good. I'm happy with my purchase.

I ordered frame YSL on March 4. After three weeks I still didn't get it. I tried to contact costumers services numerous times and have been promised by them, that I will get the frame early this week, I was told that the frame was shipped out and I'll get it in a few days. They could not provide tracking # and no eyeglasses was delivered as of yet. I think reason is that the LensesRx raised the price for a $100.00 for the same frame, no top of it Customer Service is very rude and obnoxious. I report to PayPal and open dispute as well. Stay away from LensesRX.com, take your business some where els. Save your time and money. This company not worth your time. Got my money back.

I ordered by glasses January 8. I still don't have them. I have been promised them early this week, but promises and no eyeglasses. Customer Service is so rude.

Be careful ordering glasses from these people. I ordered some sunglasses from them, but they were back ordered for over a month. They don't let you know that until after they process your credit card. This is a very shady business practice and I've never experienced this with another online vendor. They have the decency to let you know that an item back ordered and won't process it or even give you a chance to not continue with the credit card processing. LensesRX just takes your money first and then tells you later that they don't have it. Then you have to wait a long time for your refund. How dare they do that? I will file a complaint with the Bettter Business Bureau and whatever other consumer rights organization about their shady practices. When I talked to a supervisor there, she just said that she's sorry and that's how they process orders. I asked to speak to someone above her and she said there was no one. I asked for a name and she said she didn't have a name. VERY SHADY...KEEP AWAY!

My first transaction I sent the frames, lenses were great. Fast turnaround. Second pair I bought their frames.paid for expedited shipping - discovered its not really a good idea to buy frames from their website. too many measurements are missing. ordered a third pair (to use up my credit) paid a little extra, waiting, waiting, a couple go rounds with customer service, where are the glasses in production, one cs person was so great she offered to upgrade my shipping to priority- the glasses were ready to ship - never happened. They were shipped first class.... OH AND NOW THE POST OFFICE HAS LOST THE PACKAGE!!!!

I had the greatest experience with my new glasses from LensesRX! I knew exactly what I wanted and had a new prescription. I provided the Silhouette frame number, lens shape, frame color and frame size from my old glasses; just a few minutes effort. I received my new glasses from LensesRX in (6) days and saved myself over $200. I’m ecstatic with the saving from LensesRX and I’ve been telling my family, friends and colleagues about my experience. I’m planning to use my savings for a second pair!
