The extended warranty is a scam. The quality of the lenses is lacking. The prices are no better than Walmart or sams. Go somewhere else in store or online.

I received my glasses; however now i need to pay and get them adjusted at a local store because they are extremely unbalanced/crooked. I would think it would have been noticed when making them since one bow sits at least a half inch off of counter from other one.

Customer service was great. My lenses were not correct and LensesRx tried to make them right with no questions asked. I had to send everything back and after a few weeks, I received the modified lenses and they were still not right. I am not sure they have the capability.

I deleted this by mistake . Great lenses well done but that’s it . Horrible shipping / communication. Item arrived almost a week after it was stated . I emailed 1x to cancel no one replied for days . I then decided to keep them as Saturday shipping could work . No one replied to that email either . The lenses then came the following Wednesday (way over ) A simple reply to an email would have solved this . A lot of sites do this with shipping .. they make promises of 2 or 3 day when in reality they know it won’t be a week or less . The issue is yes I will Keep the item because I don’t want to deal with the return but you lost me as a customer who spends a good amount yearly on glasses , lenses , and so on which ultimately is a big loss long term for the company .

I had to have my glasses replaced because there was an error in the lenses. I let you know that one of the frame temples was bent badly and was assured that they would put it in a new frame, but they did not. I have purchased several glasses in the past and considering the last pair I ordered took a month to receive with no updates when I had paid the priority fee. This will be my last purchase

Ordered and purchased expedited shipping. Item still arrived late. Extra cost for no benefit.

The pricing is exceptional, however I ordered glasses with a blue tint and they came untinted

Looked good on paper as far as the ordering process but the final product could not be delivered. Wanted the same frame as my previous order as sunglasses. Seems like a job for the computer to not allow orders for unobtainium.
