Sent them a payment to be followed by the frames. Decided not to send, asked for a refund. They refused. Sent a Paypal payment to change the order with their frames. They ignored the payment and when I inquired, they said I didn't pay. Had to send the Paypal receipt, Glasses came today and the frames were substituted. I would avoid this company.

I purchased 3 pairs of glasses and returned 2 pairs. I never got notified of a refund. When I asked they just told me the date. When I looked in my paypal account, it seemed like I barely got a refund. I asked the company for detail and then they told me about a whole bunch of charges they took out of my refund like taking the lens out of each pair, paying for shipping (although I paid to return) etc. I complained but they said the return policy was on their site. However when they issued the RMA etc. they never said anything about the heavy amount of fees taken out of the return - they made it sound like a seamless and generous return policy. Absolutely not. They should have been transparent about their return policy and have issued a return receipt that was detailed. I would not deal with them again. There is a lot of competition in this area now and I would seek out more above board companies.

I literally cannot describe how horrible the customer service is here. I had a simple mix up--they double charged my PayPal for an add-on--and my continual requests for help (or even clarification) were met with open hostility. The phone number they list did not lead to them, it went to a string of adds for medic alert jewelry and Bahamas timeshares--but rest assured. The twenty minutes on the phone I spent waiting to be connected is me "lying." I have never had a sketchier experience and I have bought several pairs of glasses online with wonderful shops. I could not make this clearer. This company is run by self-obsessed bullies who, forget the concept that the customer is always right, don't even think they customer exists or has feelings. If I could grade them zero stars I would without a second thought. They should be ashamed at how poorly I have been treated.

I sent back and pair of frames that were defective, and the manager by the name of Tabitha refused to process a full refund and ended up keeping a $9.99 shipping fee even though before I sent the frames back I addressed this to the representative, and paid for my own shipping back to them even though they were supposed to pay for shipping if an item was defective.

I got lens replacements and they made the process quick and easy. Got my glasses back quickly as well. The only reason I knock a star off is because I ordered Crizal Alize coating and didn't receive a certificate of authenticity with them. Compared to other lenses I have with the Crizal coating they seem to be legit. I just would have liked that certificate of authenticity to make it feel like I got what I ordered.
