My experience with Lenses Rx was really a very good one. It did take them a while to complete my order but it was within their advertised timeframe (the upper limit) and shipped immediately once it was complete. I am extremely satisfied with my purchase - I saved a little over 35% over my best negotiated price locally (I REALLY prefer to buy locally but the shops could not get close) and both pair of glasses are exactly what I expected. The customer support staff were excellent - courteous, professional and very helpful. When one frame was not available they emailed me several options. I would rate my experience with the customer support staff as good as it gets. I've seen some sour reviews and probably would not have shopped here had I read them first but I have to tell you I had a very good experience and will buy my next sets of eye wear from them

Terrible customer service, had to contact Visa to get my money back.

I tried working with these people and not possible, they screw up, and blame you...they simply don't care....CUSTOMER SERVICE IS THE WORST ...I called ten times and asked for a manager she never called and she was never available, they are rude, and impossible to work with, years ago they were a lot better, but now the owner should fire them and start fresh... and I don't know how they stay in business......maybe the owner is not aware of what goes on.....

I ordered a pair of $250 prescription glasses and paid extra $30 for rush shipping on May 6, 2015. Got a flurry of emails to confirm on May 7, then nothing. Called them on May 18, was informed by first person that frames still had not come in was expecting them in by May 20 and to ship by end of week. What about the rush delivery I paid extra $30 for? The girl with very condescending tone said the Rush Delivery still applied, it wasn't their fault that THEIR supplier hadn't gotten frames to them! I replied "it aint my fault either" and phone call dropped. Called back asked for supervisor. At this point all I was asking them to do is refund the rush delivery charge but still wanted glasses. Supervisor agreed to refund rush delivery fee, but that would add probably week to delivery time! I give up reasoning with them and told them just cancel my order, which it shows on their site they did, but still have not received refund or email confirm...

12 days later. No glasses. I sprung for expedited shipping. What a mistake. Rude customer service. Even in "live chat". Argued with me about their own Web page contents. Which I was looking at. Sad.

The model I received was not what I had ordered. Then, after I tried to returned it, it took me several calls, emails, etc. A long way to mail back those unwanted glasses because they did not wanted to give me a "number " for the return. Until I read them their own policies they accepted and told I could ship them. Unfortunately, the company kept them and told they cannot change them because they had made an evaluation and the product sent "was destroyed" . Anyway, they kept the product unless I pay for the ship. I will never again trust this site. They send whatever they want to send and then it is a big deal to return and convince them it was not what you had ordered.

I have been trying to contact LensesRx.com since June 2014, whereas I was able to in late May. As of June 2014 they can no longer can be reached by phone but request for you to leave a message & they will get back to you. I left a message & 2 months later still no response. I tried Live Chat. They no longer have Live Chat. I tried emailing & still no response, not even an auto response. The website says they are no longer in the office too. I believe this company is out of business but yet they still take orders on the web. BEWARE, you have been warned.
