Good variety’s and quality onlune but take a long time to process and send the order once is placed. I haven’t received my glasses yet at this moment.

Positives: I loved the customization, and the cost of my prescription lenses for my Meta Glasses. Decent customer service, responding in a timely manner. Negative: Delay in shipping. Paid for expedited shipping, however, did not receive until over a week later.

The online experience with Lensesrx is very good. Their site is clear to use and understand. However, communications by phone or email could be better.

Second time having lenses done with LensesRx. It was the same exact good experience (minus US postal service). Customer service is pleasant and the product service is a hard to find reliable quality at a very ethical price point.

Order processed and shipped fast. Prescription quality seems no worse than Zenni. Perhaps a little better. More options for lenses than Zenni for sure.

Everything with Lensesrx was good. Just the promised arrival date was delayed by 3 days due to sitting in USPS sorting center without moving for over 3 days. Delivery was originally scheduled for Saturday and it didn't arrive until the following Tuesday
