LensesrxReviews of lensesrx.com

My frames arrived, much sooner than I'd expected, and they are absolutely beautiful! They have the badass frames that few others have at awesome prices! The prices are as amazing as the selection and the staff has been beyond exceptional. I am so very impressed! I will be telling everyone I know to purchase from this site and how wonderful dealing with this company is. Not only did I get the exact frames I wanted at an amazing price but the staff treated me like I was the most important customer. It is not commonplace these days for a company to go above and beyond for one customer and it is so lovely to know at least one company of the kind exists!

I've had issues with this company before and have placed many lens replacement orders with them over the years, but they seemed to have turned a corner as I have had them replace 7 pairs of lenses in frames over the past year, 2016, with all positive results. not sure what the changes they've done, either personnel changes or management changes but it has been for the good. They've won my confidence back. if you have issues with them give them the chance to make it right, they almost always will, it's just good business. kudos Lenses RX you've won me back!!!!

The buying process is fine, but dealing with customer service is another story. If you purchase the Extended Warranty expecting it to be an extension of the Standard Warranty, get ready to be surprised! Nowhere on the website (or within any documentation) does it state you will void/opt out of the Standard Warranty by purchasing the Extended Warranty (even though it plainly states that the Standard Warranty is "Included With All Purchases") . All I wanted was for them to honor their warranty with a lens replacement due to one lens having the wrong prescription and was denied because I bought the Extended Warranty (my request was made after the 60 day period - they were a spare pair I didn't wear for a while). However, it shouldn't have mattered since the Standard Warranty has a Lens Warranty within that states "Prescription accuracy is guaranteed for the lifetime of the lenses." Constant arguing and telling me I was wrong even though they avoided the truth I copy and pasted from their own website made it so I ended up refunding; which is fine by me because they lost more money than I did due to also having the prescription lenses replaced once before, since the original order was not delivered accurate (it was within the 60 days stated in the Extended Warranty). I was actually told that I opted out of the Standard Warranty! This definitely screws the customer and the company itself, and makes for unneeded frustration. I'll never shop with them again, and I'll never suggest their services due to crass customer service and just plain lying about their own warranty. Two big issues in my book.

I would have given zero stars if that was an option. I ordered my glasses online, which I've never had a problem with prior with other companies. They arrived about three weeks later, but the wrong color frame was sent. I called customer service to request an exchange for the correct frame, and they were very rude. They wanted me to read a code from the frame itself but it was unclear and I couldn't read it. The rep stated she couldn't verify I received the wrong frame any other way. I explained I would send them back and they would see they were wrong and then could exchange them. Finally she agreed if I sent her pictures to prove they were wrong she would send me a return label. I sent the pictures and no label was sent. At this time I opened a paypal dispute because I didn't think I would ever get the right frames or my money back. They sent me a return label after paypal emailed them. Upon receipt they emailed me to say they received the glasses back and confirmed the frame was wrong, but would not process the exchange unless I cancelled my paypal dispute. I said that is not how paypal works, once you send me the right glasses I close the dispute by accepting paypal payments you have agreed to abide by the paypal buyer/seller agreement. Tabitha at lensesrx said she wouldn't do that and she wouldn't refund me unless I cancelled, again very rude encounter. I escalated the dispute to a claim and received a refund from paypal. I will never order from this company again, they operate in an unethical manner and their customer service department is awful.

I was a bit hesitant to order due to the other negative reviews, but I took a chance and am glad I did. To start, the prices of frames are great as well as lenses. Very broad selection. Customer service email reply was quick, less than 24 hrs. They give you an option to try the frames on at home before fully committing. My prescription glasses arrived much sooner than expected. The lenses are much better quality than glasses.com. And the frames are almost perfect - the only thing I would change is how stretched the width of the frame was. I have a narrow face, and I wish companies would keep frames fitting as nicely as they were before rx lenses were put in. But I guess I can just go somewhere local and have them adjusted. I really don't know where all these bad experiences were coming from in previous reviews, but I would definitely order from lensesrx.com in the future!

I got a pair of prescription transition motorcycle shades and everything went just fine. I heard some questionable reviews but I had no problems. Customer services answered my emails, I took advantage of trying on the non-prescription frame before committing , sent it back and it went well. I was not in a hurry so paid the cheap shipping so there was no stress.

I paid for express shipping, and my order had been 2 weeks since placing the order and still not received anything. So i called to ask. The lady was snappy with me and and cut me off in mid sentence. She was aggressive what her questions very very rude. She said they had been 'trying to contact me' since my billing address did't match, yet I had not received any emails or phone calls from them. I asked her ' stop being rude please' and she responds with 'sorry for the miscommunication'. I will never go back again, do not do business with this company!

I d ordered my prescription glasses much before the holidays and still not here. Customer service USED to be great. It looks like they are hiring a 'hire gun fighters". No idea what is like to be talking to customers. Service very poor. This is my last time. Rather go to local optician and pay a bit more. I'm very disappointed.
