Frame seems to have factory defect (not symmetrical at nose seam between black and clear plastic), lens came undamaged and was satisfied with quality of digital cut, however, for some reason objects appear noticeably farther away than they are (like a car side mirror) as compared to lenses received from lenscrafters with the same specs, which is unpleasant.

Lenses came faster than expected and fit my frames good. However the xtractive transitions don't work like they're supposed to.

I have trying use lensesRx for two times. They have no transparency about the expected shipping and delivery time. If for you this is important, try other companies.

Took to long. I paid $30 for rush shipping but that is only from them to you not the entire process. Never again

Aside from the post office holding on to my package for days after it should have been here, I've been trying for an hour to get the prescription lens into my glasses and they just don't fit.

In have previously ordered from Lensesrx and been pleased with the quality of service. This time was different. For the first week following order placement, the online order update said they were processing paperwork. After more than two weeks since placing the order, I called and was informed that the frames I had ordered would be delayed another 2 or 3 weeks. They could have told me this much earlier but apparently no one is tracking orders in this way. I was able to cancel my order and get a full refund.

Haven’t received anything to review. Very long wait

Will not arrive for at least another week.
