I've an ultimate experience with Lensesrx they provide premium quality glasses. Love them.

Lensesrx is very bad business. My son's frame got broken by them but when I emailed them, they didn't agree but saying it wasn't broken when they had it. I will never mail my frame to them any more.

Perfect glasses, great communication. Have had problems twice with local walk in stores and lost a lot of money. Lenses rx always gives me great glasses way cheaper and better quality. Will only deal with them from now on. Thanks .

I just want to share with you somthing that i used thier product and its really great and best quality in low price. And thier service is very good, I had great expeirence with them and i would like to continue buy thier product and share with my friends & Family Go and get best sunglasses and prescription lenses on thier site.

Best optical online. Has cheap stuff has expensive stuff, and the prices are usually the best. My entire family has been using them for almost 10 years. I'm posting this review here because it looks like there are a lot of fake reviews on here about this company, they are not true. I can tell you I never had a problem with them even when I told them I hated a frame, they refunded me everything.

Buyer be very aware. I sent in a relatively new Ray ban frame to have lens put in and after waiting through a delay I get them back. The frame temples had been discolored as if to much heat had been applied and get this I didn't contact them at all. I accepted the fact that I should have believed the reviews that were so negative. 3 months went by and last week I get a email unsolicited from Jake States yes that's the name he used from LensesRX stating he wanted to help me with my problem and make it right. Folks I never contacted them about the issue! So I told him what they did to my frames. He says the pictures they took showed wear so if that's true why did he send me and email saying they wanted to correct the problem. Bottom line he asked me to send photos. Why if they already had photos that they took? Then he says he can get me a new frame for additional $75, I can get my own frame for less than that. Then I told him no thanks and that I would simply warn as many people as I can to be very aware of what they might run into. He really got upset and told me that he was willing to LIE to his distributor to get me another frame but now he was mad at me (lol). I still have these emails he sent me and since some were like time stamped 1am I know this operation is truly a small operation. So Thanks again Jake State for nothing.

Sent these idiots 3 pairs of frames for new lenses in the same box. They pull out 2 pairs and throw the box away without looking for the 3rd set in the lacking material. $225 pair of frames lost due to this idiocy. Use any other online lense replacement service but not LensesRX.
