LensCraftersReviews of lenscrafters.com

My husband and I was there to pick up our glasses, we were greeted by Angel's, beautiful person who make us comfortable she help us with our old glasses, she went out of her way to make us happy.... every question that I asked, got an answer she Explain line by line...seems like she love her job. Angels thank you so much for this wonderful experience.

I went to the KOP store looking for specific frames. Brandi immediately began looking for the frames and when she couldn't find them, she called the other store to determine if they carried them. Not only did she ask Jackie to hold the eyeglasses for me, but also told me to ask for the Black Friday deal which would give me a large discount. She went above and beyond to assist me. Her customer service skills are top notch. She should be rewarded for her work ethic, superior service and helpfulness. Great job!!

I have purchased glasses from LensCrafters for years and have always been more than satisfied. Recently I needed a repair and went to the Auburn, Mass location. Kristan went above and beyond to assist me and not only fixed the problem, but made my glasses more comfortable than before!

I would never recommend LensCrafters to anyone. Honestly, just go to your local eye doctor because those people will actually care for your eye health. I ordered some glasses online recently and everything seemed to be fine until I received the order and it was completely wrong (wrong frames AND wrong lenses). No big deal - mistakes happen. I reach out to their customer service team who let me know they have to submit a ticket to their "responsibility team" and they will be in contact within a couple days. Mind you, they never gave me any type of confirmation number or anything, even when I asked. A week goes by and I still have heard nothing so I reach back out to ask for an update. The rep was very rude and told me it's in the system and the responsibility team will analyze it "very soon". I asked if they could just check with that team for a timeline and they proceeded to tell me that customer service agents have no way to contact that team. Okay, fine, I then asked for a phone number so I could contact them directly - nope, not possible. The rep then disconnected from the chat... like WHAT? Horrible customer service and I said it before and I will say it again I DO NOT recommend LensCrafters and will never be using them again once this issue is resolved.

Always excellent customer service! Kudos to Jamaal Store Manager, Erica, Avery and Alyssa !

My salesperson Dorota, was so extremely helpful in every way. She explained my insurance, fitted my new glasses and went so far as fixing my old glasses, so they can be a back up pair for me. She definitely went above and beyond and it was such a pleasure doing business at Lens Crafters. I would rate your customer service, EXCELLENT! We will be back. Thank you Dorota and Lens Crafters. The most horrible customer service!!! Bought 2 pair of glasses back in April in Boca Raton store, one pair has manufacturing damaged lenses. For over 6 months have been trying to resolve the dispute... No returned phone calls from neither Customer Care dept or the corporate. The managers at the Boca store simply denied that the lenses in fact had manufacturing damage. Took glasses to a different store in NJ where the manager confirmed the damage was due to overheating during the assembly. All I want is to have them replace the lenses, but all I get offered is "an employee discount of 50%"... I will never ever go back to Lense Crafters and especially the one in Boca Raton!!! If anybody can relay to this story, please share!!!

I have been to lens crafters twice—Evansville eastland mall—to replace nose pads on sunglasses. They courteously helped, replaced pads and free of charge. I offered to pay, they said it’s a service to customers. Lens crafters rock.
