Very helpful and knowledgeable people my insurance didn’t cover but they work with me

Lenscrafters are pretty crafty! They have a sale sign up for Presidents Day so you get a percentage off lens and frame. But, wait, you only get the sale on the lens if you purchase the coating. On the sign, in very tiny lettering at the bottom, it says some restrictions may apply. Of course if you need new glasses, it's too small to read! Sign over work area says in large letter, Lenses in one hour! Oops, they don't do that anymore except for far sighted glasses..... so why not take down the sign! What a bait and switch operation!

I came in as a cold call costumer and the staff person was so kind and friendly. They fixed my broken glasses for free and put in a new screw. I was not a regular customer and had not bought my glasses there. But I will always appreciate the speed and promptness and hospitality I received. Thanks so much! John W.

From the beginning of finding the LensCrafters website to delivery of my beautiful designer glasses was great. It's easy to login, find my favorite style and color. The virtual try on works great. Adding my prescription was fast. The best part was when they were delivered 3 days earlier than expected. I loved never leaving my house house to get new beautiful glasses.

Clandestine subtle-ill behavior by many (easily detectable by experienced person) immediately entering establishment, Market Street, San Francisco, though actual manager friendly/professional, others reek of disrespect for absolutely no reasons whatsoever, ugly people, unable to hide their sick bias, basically adult children, selectively treatment, never-ever again, no way.

I love the feature of being able to try the glasses on the camera so have a general idea of how it would look on your face. Although, the feature could stand to be a little more accurate it doesn't do it justice.. because I loved the frames even more in person! The constant deals the have going on are superb! I bought my Michael khors frames for 50% off! I get to see in STYLE, at an affordable price! AND they ship really fast!

Letting their customers know when an order can or can't be fulfilled. I had an order that was canceled and wasn't even informed about it. Thankfully my other pair of glasses was made and even got it in earlier then expected.

I will never ever order anything here. NEVER! My contact lenses are delayed for almost 2 weeks already and nobody have clue when my order finally will be send!!! Attitude of the employees is the worst, no compassion whatsoever, they just don't even bother to pretend that they give any damn **** about me and my order and generally giving f*** you vibes every time I call about my order. This is beyond pathetic. This store is a joke.
