Sign-in for a created account is awkward to locate. Should be visibly available without guessing. A more user friendly web page. Search parameters are too general and any specific search doesn't appear to match the parameters set by the search with no helpful hints as to how the search should be worded.

Progressive pair and computer pair, both perfect
I was able to design both of my pairs of glasses exactly the way I wanted them 1 pair was a Progressive lens with Transitions addition and my other pair is a single vision computer glasses. Both were perfect and I am completely happy with them. With the discounts applied they were less expensive for both pairs than the Warby Parker single pair I got 2 years ago and cheaper then the in-network pair I got before that

Once they have your money - the problem is not THEIRS!
Picked up my glasses & sunglasses the end of December. Even with insurance, I paid $612.66. I'm 76 & keep my glasses on a strap around my neck so I'm not throwing them around being careless.
While shopping the 1st week of March, I put my glasses on & noticed one of the lenses had fallen out. The screw on the side was gone.
Took them to Lenscrafters & was promptly told it wasn't their fault and that I'll have to buy another lens.
$612.66 and 10 WEEKS later, but I'll have to BUY ANOTHER LENS. Logic tells me that they didn't tighten the screw enough so it worked its' way out, allowing the lens to fall out somewhere.
Needless to say, I'll be going elsewhere for my glasses.

Terrible.
Completely unprofessional, employees clearly have no idea what they are doing. Took two weeks to not only lose my prescription, but lose any record that I had paid for ANYTHING, and then had the audacity to tell me all I could do was "wait for the sales audit team to figure it out"? Totally unacceptable, avoid these scammers.

Horrible Management
On 2/3/24 I went into the Tigard, OR location (Bridgeport) regarding my recent purchase of prescription sunglasses and spoke with Alma. I told her I felt there was something wrong with my glasses, I wasn’t able to read my phone, felt dizzy at times and felt there was something off about them. She indicated I had one week to return them and then there was nothing else she could do. I told her that I had medical issues, including brain injury and a debilitating disease and I needed extra care to be sure my glasses were just right, daily life is hard enough. She did not offer to look at them, troubleshoot or assist in anyway. Alma just re-interated that I had one week to figure it out I pleaded with her that I did not want to return them, I loved the glasses, but was worried something was wrong. I asked for the general manager's number and she said no. I asked if she would have the general manager call me and she said “it doesn’t work that way” and laughed at me. She was cold, rude, unhelpful and offered no assistance. She handed me an 800 number for customer service. I left feeling defeated, worried and saddened that I meant nothing to Lenscrafters, my vision, my health was not a concern to Lenscrafters in anyway.
Since I only had a week, I Immediately called the 800 number on 2/3/24 and left a message, I was told I had to complete a form in order to get a call. I filled out the form that day and heard nothing.
I called again 4-5 times between 2/3/24 and 2/15/24. No one ever stated why I wasn’t getting a call back. It was a challenge to navigate through the 800 number system, because it’s basically a loop and hangs up. I finally realized if I asked for help w/the new Rayband glasses, I could get a live person. It is absolutely unacceptable to out your customers through this much stress!
I finally got a call back on 2/16/24 from Miki who claimed to be the GM.
What she had to say with a very, I do not care attitude
1) she was on vacation 2) it had not been 2 weeks since I called, it had actually been 12 days. 3) she had never had a complaint about Alma before, therefore, I guess it must be something about me. I am the problem? She didn’t apologize. She was not anything close to what someone would expect from a GM. She did say I could bring my glasses into the Washington Square location and have their lab look at them. She did offer some suggestions for glasses in the future for people with brain injury. I received an email stating that she “told customer she could not return glasses, warranty had passed”. REALLY? this is what she had to say after all of this? What are you teaching your leaders?
On 2/17/24 I went to the Washington Square Portland, OR Lenscrafters and spoke with Kelly, the manager there. She was kind, she listened closely and offered me assistance. She immediately said she thought she could see the issue and then took my glasses to the lab and came back and told me that they were not made correctly, I would have had to hold them up high to even have a chance of seeing through the area that offered me my prescription. Wait, WHAT? It’s no wonder I was dizzy, felt something was wrong and couldn’t read. Because of Alma’s threat of not being able to return them, I basically had one week from 2/3/24 to return them (per Alma) therefore, I had wore them at least 5 times, “trying” to acclimate. This was not safe for me. Like I said above, I have brain injury and another debilitating disease. Adding in driving without my prescription is dangerous. Had Alma looked at my glasses on 2/3/24, she would have seen the mistake. It certainly was clear to Kelly after spending 2 minutes listening and looking at me and the glasses.
I want a call back before I decide how to proceed. I have learned after 6 years of advocating professionally, this isn’t the first time this has happened. There are other patients out there who have been treated poorly, ignored and left in a vulnerable and dangerous position because of the lack of care and/or concern from your management team. Your GM’s nonchalant attitude is revealing. I never even got a call from Miki after I left the glasses with Kelly to be re-made.
