Purchased sunglasses a year ago. Store rep recommended mirror coating and I did not opt to get the insurance they offered. I've been wearing glasses for 50 years and never had a problem. Coating started to wear off, I went back to the store this week and they said "too bad." Manager was supposed to call me and never did. They don't stand by their workmanship and don't care about customers. Will never purchase there again.

before u read i did end up at LensCrafters what do u wish me to say about spec savers went to see how much for far and close and i was quoted 700 plus and I thought you guys where a place to save money and now I bet your wondering what did I do!! I went around the mall in Ottawa Canada and check prices and another place said they couldn't do it under that price and then lens crafters and what did they do for me 1- Oakley frames 2- Oakley lenses 3- sunglasses they turn dark 4- a warranty 5- best service and now the thing u are all wondering the price $522.00 for designer glasses lenses and my lenses will turn dark and u quoted me 700 plus so now your not the cheapest place are you :)

I’m visiting from Europe and my glasses needed an adjustment. Bre was friendly and made several attempts to make sure I was satisfied. Bre insisted on cleaning my lenses before leaving the store. I was well taken care of.

Went to get sunglasses today. Margaret was exceptional today. She is a truly asset to your company. So friendly. Makes you feel at ease right from the beginning. Gives suggestions but gives you time to make up your own mind. Very professional with a wealth of knowledge. Always has a smile on her face. I can’t thank Margaret enough for such a great experience getting my new sunglasses.

My appointment was 1p.m. they did not get me till 120 p.m. I am now in the doctor's chair and I've been sitting here since then and now the time is 1:40 p.m. and the doctor has yet to come in to do my eye examination. I am very unhappy with the service Plus the first time I called to make the appointment the young lady was very rude and disrespectful and today when I was trying to find the place because my appointment was today on June 13th and the young man was being disrespectful cuz I couldn't find them LensCrafters inside the mall. They failed to tell me that there was on the main floor so I walked through the whole freaking mall and then I had to call them and then I went down to the second floor and called them and explained to me where they were and it still took me almost 40 minutes. Now I am sitting here in the chair waiting for the doctor to give me my eye examination and is now almost a quarter to 2:00 p.m. I am very unhappy with the service and my patience is very thin today.
