Online ordering was so easy! I ordered and the next day the glasses were shipped and I was able to pick them up at a store on day 2 after I ordered. It doesn't get much better than that! Also, to top it off, when I tried my glasses on, they were perfect! Thank you, Lenscrafters for making online shopping easy!

Highly recommend these Rayban sunglasses. Great price for classic Raybans. And the lenses are clear and the fit is great! Buy them! You will really like them.

I accidentally stepped on my wire frame prescription glasses and snapped the retaining line on the bottom of the lenses. There was no way I could fix it myself. I took it to LensCrafters in Bellevue/Avalon and they generously repaired it at no charge. That is outstanding customer service. Thank you LensCrafters! EM

Everything that I could call bad service is what I got from LensCrafters Did not do a good job and continued to do a bad job from the store supervisor to the manager to the mother company that handles the complains . No wonder they are rated D They dont know what service recovery is . They are acting like a third world country service if they messed up there is nothing they can do Unbelievable they robbed me bc thats is what happened Will never buy again from them Never I gave then a Triple F rating They stated that they apologized to me Not true they slap me on the face with their response They lost a costumer bc they messed up Last year I bought three pair of glasses with them Sent me issue to the store manager that was never involved on my case Super unprofessional and lack of costumer service

The worst place to get your prescription lenses done! They do it wrong and if you want to complain and do it again you have to pay what they say even if you have a guarantee! The attention and lack of empathy of these people is horrible!

Prescription lenses developed issues after less than 8 months that are workmanship and manufacturing related. LensCrafters Greenbrier Mall in VA stated this is outside their 30-day window, and additional accident insurance wasn’t purchased. There has been no damage nor accident and this is not anything related to normal wear and tear. This is straight up a workmanship and/or manufacturing problem from when the lenses were made. After having been LensCrafters customers for at least 20 years, it is shameful to learn they no longer stand behind their products nor do they care about customer support. We are voting with our feet and taking our business and our money elsewhere. Maybe this is why their store was always devoid of customers when we were there, just saying…. There are a lot of alternatives to LensCrafters, and I would not be surprised to see the sign for their new business name in the storefront window in the near future: “This Space For Rent”.

Don't do the glasses at Galleria Mall of Dallas, Texas. Firs the optometrist evaluated my eyes twice. After two months correcting the glasses they are stell out of focus and giving me a headek. So thay correct again as they say. So I try for one day with the same disappointment as first time and pain in my eyes and headek. After one day of wearing the glasses I have returned to the location to here that the glasses are scratched and they will not offered any refound. Mony lost, time lost, but lesson learned. Never again this location. The manager and staff personnel has to no name tags nore qualifications to be a customer service.

Ordered a pair of Burberry sunglasses at a great price. Arrived in great condition. The only thing I wish I had gotten from LensCrafters was an email that my product shipped with a tracking number. Regardless, it arrived within 3 days or so from purchase date.
