Well, their equipment and office looks like it's been there forever. IT was hot. They have no restroom. It is taking way too long to get my glassed. LensCrafters use to be the best. Not anymore. I won't be going back!!

Lens crafters lies they sold me warranty and now that I need my glasses fix they said it's expired they said it expired in November and January they send me an email that I could get a new pair for fifty dollars so I did and now I need another pair cause I can't see there saying it's expired. Don't believe them they straight up lie

I had a little trouble getting my RX linked to my order. But customer service was awesome and quickly resolved the problem. I would recommend LensCrafters because if a problem occurs there customer service will work to fix it.

Went on to pick up my $577 glasses and sunglasses at the LensCrafters in Clearwater Florida in the old countryside mall (not sure what the name of mall is now). Put them on and said everything was blurry. Turns out they made both of them reading glasses not the prescription for driving. Well here is why I am not surprised. When I first went in to order them the associate who was also the manager of the store was the one helping me. He asked me if I wanted the bifocals which I stated no, just single vision for both pair fas need them for driving. The entire process he seemed incredibly annoyed. I even stated to him that he seemed to be having a bad day and treating me very disrespectful should I get another associate. He stated he was fine, well obviously he wasn’t fine as I ended up with 2 pairs glasses with the reader part of the prescription. Back to picking them up, when I was told they were going to reorder the lenses only in the correct prescription, I then asked if they could add a note to put a rush on the order. I was told no they had no way to do that. I stated this was their mistake by the manager of the store no less, who was not a joy to deal with and could they please put a rush on them as I was going out of town. Again told they had no way to do that. I have never heard of such a thing that they can’t even ask for it to be rushed. The manager of the store comes in as I was leaving and I proceed to tell him he put in the wrong order for my lenses and all I get from him is “really? Did the other associate resolve it for you?” He had the same I’m annoying him attitude he had with me a week before. Did not even apologize for the mistake.. shame such terrible service by a manager no less. Just want to say the person that realized my glasses were ordered wrong was very kind , even while stating there is no way he can put a rush on them in the system. He also gave me the customer service number that I could call to put in complaint. Had a call today June 10 from customer care of LensCrafters. We shall see what happens as result of hearing my story.

I was skeptical about ordering eyeglasses online, but with Lenscrafters.com, everything went very smoothly. The process was much easier than I expected. My glasses arrived in a timely manner, and the prescription was exactly as requested. The store delivery option was much appreciated, in case I needed any adjustments (which I didn't). I can't imagine how it could have been any better. Great service, as always!
