Good selection also very good prices

I liked the way that this site is able to allow you to upload a photo or allow you to view what the glasses look like on your iPhone camera because I can get a better idea of how my glasses would look on me. I am very particular about the shape and frame so this is a great feature on the app. Also liked that I can save my RX prescription from my local eye doctor so I can easily fill if I need a new pair. The only negative experience for me has been the shipping. I was not happy with my last experience upon ordering my Ralph Lauren sunglasses and they took almost 2 weeks to deliver.

I love my new Glasses!!! Have gotten so many compliments from random strangers and friends!!!

If you know exactly what looks good on you, I recommend buying your glasses online at Lens Crafters. You can also visit your local Lens Crafters store. I have ordered three pairs of glasses in the past, and I've been happy with all of them. The Swarovsky's I just received are gorgeous!

Extremely Disappointed with LensCrafters – Misleading and Poor Service! I’m extremely disappointed with my experience at LensCrafters in Warwick Mall, Rhode Island. First, they gave me the wrong size frame, and I had to replace it. When placing the order for the correct size, I made it very clear that I was leaving Rhode Island in two weeks and wouldn’t be coming back. They assured me the glasses would be ready in 10 days, saying that was the “worst-case scenario.” It’s now well past that, and they still have no idea when my frames will be delivered to the store (they say they can’t track when they will be delivered). The lack of communication has been frustrating, with no clear answers or updates. While delays happen, being promised a specific timeframe under important circumstances and then being left in the dark is unacceptable. I expected much better from a large company like LensCrafters. If you’re on any sort of schedule or want reliable customer service, I strongly suggest going elsewhere. I do not recommend doing business with this store. Period! Update: The glasses finally arrived at my house via UPS a couple of days ago (after a month) and guess what? They are defective (the right hinge is loose and crocked). I went to LensCrafters in my area to get service (as I was promised I could get service at any LensCrafters in the US), and they told me the glasses are unfixable and not in stock! What a shame—expensive Persol eyeglasses from a company that considers itself “premium.” Waste of time, money and energy for nothing. Stay away from Luxottica scam!

I bought this sunglass for my mom. We had a very hard time purchasing this product from Costco, we tried twice but they dont want to sell it to us. I searched online and found the Lens Crafter selling them for way less due to sale. My mom is very happy.

I did like the options available, although it would have been better to see the actual lens supplier. The delivery was very fast, maybe too fast, I wondered if they were made with care. I bought two pairs that came from different places, one pair works well and the other doesn't. It's almost impossible to know why. I really do NOT like that the option to respond to their 'satisfaction' email "expired" way too fast....

Received text glasses were ready to pick up. Went to the LensCrafters at the Brandon Mall (Florida) where I had ordered the new ones. There were 4 ladies all standing around the register talking and ignored me standing there for a moment or two. When I was acknowledged as being there I was told to have a seat at the back desk and someone would be with me. One lady that was rearranging a desk in the rear was asked to attend to me and you could tell she did not like being disturbed. Just came up and without even looking at me said "last name" I said "Hello, my last name is White". Still with her back to me she located my glasses and said "First Name". I gave her my first name. She came over and put them in front of me and asked me to try them. I have worn glasses over 60 years and said "it feels like these need to be bent over the ear to stay in place." She never looked and just took them, placed on the heater and started to bend them. I tried them again and still about the same. I showed her how my old ones were shaped and she said she couldnt do that. I never saw a name tag on her, she either didn't have one, didnt have it on or it was covered. Another lady named "Penny" came by and the lady helping me asked her to see if she could understand. Penny greeted me and asked me to put the glasses on and let her know the issue. I put the on, showed her how they easily slipped forward and backward. She looked at them at the back of my ear (first person there that looked at all) , took them and started heating them up and bent them to look about identical to my old ones laying on the counter. I tried them on the fit was very good this time. Wish they had more people there like Penny, she was very professional and respectful. You could tell she knew what she was doing and enjoyed taking care of the customers.
