LensCrafters in the Rockaway Mall in Rockaway, NJ Kristy Peele is always so kind and helpful. Great attitude. I’ve brought my glasses in multiple times because I keep stepping on them, etc. She is always so happy to help me with a smile. You are lucky to have her. Marisol H

Doctor was awesome, salesperson was very nice. Glasses are very pricey. Quality of lenses are not very good. There smudge and foggy. They don’t seem cleanable. Spent almost $1000.00 and was expecting high quality lenses. Big disappointment ! I would not recommend this place for glasses.

My husband & I have been coming to & purchasing our glasses from Kim & or Steve @ the Bel Air Branch of LensCrafters in Mobile Al for quite a few years! They have adjusted our frames many times from bumps with our Grandchildren & even replaced lost screws when one of the lens has fallen out! Both Kim & Steve are truly an asset to our LensCrafters in Mobile & so pleasant & professional as they work! I just received my new glasses just last weekend & I’m loving them! I don’t have to worry that if I need to go in to have my adjustments made, they won’t hesitate to make my glasses fit just right! Thank you for such great employees @ our LensCrafters in Mobile, Al!

we stopped at the lenscrafters at 4319 East Colonial Drive in Orlando, Florida to have my husband's sunglasses repaired. Not only did Keyla expediently repair them for us on the spot, but she provided helpful information about glasses care. She was absolutely delightful and were very pleased with the service and workmanship. Thank you, Lenscrafters for hiring the best.

I’ve been going to Lenscrafter’s on 23rd street and Broadway (NYC) for many years. Today I went and scheduled an eye/contact appointment for next Friday. I asked if it’s possible to have a few contacts to tide me over till my appointment . The associate said your prescription has expired , but I explained a script is good for one to two years. The response was you can get some at your appointment . I was very disappointed in their customer service , they could have said can you wait and speak to the doctor and explain what you need. But if I called and ordered more contacts they would have sold them to me regardless of time that has lapsed since last appointment. It’s the last straw for me as they have continued to have poor customer service , you think I would learn. Time for me to find another place for my eye needs.

After 6 months of owning my eyeglasses the anti reflective coating started to peel off. I went into the LensCrafters in the Spokane Wa mall where I had purchased them to see what they could do about it. The manager didn’t want to see them. She just flat out told me that it’s probably my fault and they don’t fix what I broke. I was taken aback and I again asked if they could replace the lenses. I never even mentioned “free” or anything. She turned to me and said, “I’ll now tell you to leave the store”. I was shocked and thought that possibly I was on a prank show or something. She even called for back up from store employees and they sat there staring at me while I explained my story again. Then she said that if I don’t leave she will call mall security. I left. One of the worst experiences I’ve ever had with any customer service from any business, at any time in my 64 years!

2022 Chesterfield store. Today , I had my eye exam and purchased 2 pairs of eyeglasses from a wonderful person named Cynthia. Cynthia was awesome and patient. I would buy 10 pair from her. Cynthia made my experience wonderful. From Ursula Loretta Shands

I had another great experience at LensCrafters in Medford, MA on 2/28/22. I purchased a pair of sunglasses and regular glasses. Once again Amanda was extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and helped me make my final decision on which glasses looked best on! James helped fit the glasses and was also great. I would highly recommend LensCrafters for your next exam and new glasses!! Pleasant experience!
