I had rather custom lenses and the usual online frame/lens companies could not manage the lens production. Lensabl had no issues and everything came out well.

If I could give this company no stars I would. Four pairs of glasses were sent to lensable for new progressive lenses. They were returned to me after about a month and I could not see out of the lower portion of the lenses. They remade the lenses, using the positioning of the glasses I sent to lensable. After another month I received the glasses and it was the same problem. I don't think they even tried to correct the lenses. One or more of pairs of glasses did not have the bifocal part of the progressive lense, making it impossible for me to use my computer or use the glasses close up. I contacted lensable and they suggested I take them to my opthamologist. Well, I did and the lenses are so wrong the optician offered to pop the lenses out so I could send the lenses back for a full refund. Please do not use this company, especially for progressive lenses. I wonder how they are still in business.

This is the fifth time I've used them and they processed my glasses fast and delivered them in two days. I sent in a pair with scratches and a new pair. I think the person helping me was Shavelle, and he was very helpful.

Excellent service, great product, smooth transaction

I ordered a $224 pair of prescription Transition XTRActive lenses to go with my old frames. About four weeks after I shipped the frames, I received an email indicating there was "a rejection in the quality inspection" and my sunglasses would be delayed. A couple of weeks later I finally received them, but immediately noticed issues with extreme "starburst" glare and ghosting/blurriness. (I had not experienced these issues before with my other high end, non-prescription sunglasses. I'm pretty confident I know what good lenses are supposed to "look" like.) Lensabl offered to remake them and I sent them back. Unfortunately, when I received them three weeks later, I immediately noticed the same issues. I was skeptical they had even remade them, as Lensabl's response was "as per lab's inspection, we do not see any issues pertaining to the AR coating and think it would be best to have your prescription checked by your doctor." I mentioned to Lensabl that my prescription was not the issue as I had another pair of prescription lenses made by my doctor's office and sent Lensabl the same prescription with my old frames (to save money, ha!). How could my doctor's pair provide perfect vision and Lensabl's pair be junk! Did they not test them? My wife tried them on and said "you paid $224 for these? What a joke!" In the end, I will write off these $224 lenses. They are not usable. Lensabl and/or the Transitions company needs to figure out what's going on in their lab(s). They will be bankrupt soon if they continue to market/sell this junk.

Both pair ordered has thicker lenses than the two pair I already have with the same prescription. Basically went back and forth with someone named RUDY which refused to correct the issue I had after paying over 900.00 for the two pair. I was able to provide the initial email requesting to provide the thinnest lenses available to which he replied, " We could correct it for 25% off on a new order". I asked him to install the old original lenses (which are thinner than want the installed) and to refund my money. He flat out refused. I will never ever purchase anything from this ripoff scam of a company and will blow up social media about them. Why would they think anyone would want to wear thicker lenses (from their company) than the thinner replaced lenses that where the original lenses??

The lenses are great and fit the frames perfectly. My wife and I have other pairs of frames we will be sending for new lenses. My flex spending account covered the cost, so that was convenient as well. Thank you for the service.

i shipped my glasses and was given 14 days time to get the order ready. they extended it citing failed QC check and then I followed up after a week, they said another 14 days. it took another week after the total 28 days to finally get my lens. WITH THE WRONG PRESCRIPTION ON ONE LENS.!!!! i needed my pair for a function and I couldn't get it on time. then they had the audacity to make me run through the loop holes to ship the lens back... i gave up lost my money. Stay away from them people.
