Excellent quality at low price

The glasses arrived in pristine condition and I love them. The process was overall simple, direct , and cost effective. I will say however the communication was heavily lacking as my frames arrived at the beginning of the month. And then I waited almost three weeks before I got any correspondence or updates. And when I DID get an update, I was that the process was done and the glasses were being shipped back to me. Why… set up the expectation that I would get step-by-step auto updates to only NOT do that. Three weeks is to me quite a long time of radio silence. Either change the expectation OR give the updates.

The whole process was pretty straight forward. After I sent in the frames, I was asked for a height dimension. I don’t remember exactly what it was but I didn’t have the frames and needed them for that but somehow we got past that.in the end, I got my glasses in about 5 weeks and they are really great. My first pair of Rx sunglasses with progressive lenses.

I have now used Lensabl 3 times to replace the lenses in my frames. Should have learned my lesson the first time. Every time I have had to send them back for a redo. In Lensabl's favor they did remake them. I have since found another company online that is better, faster and cheaper, so I will not be using lensabl again.

I received my glasses and they are exactly what I requested .

Lensabl was flexible in my exchange request. However, for both my original and replacement order, I did not receive regular updates via e-mail and had to check the account for updates. Even then, the account was not updated, especially with the replacement order. So my new glasses came as a surprise even after I contacted customer service for an update.

Status of order online was misleading, showed at lab done in 6 days for many weeks.
