I do not leave poor reviews lightly but…
I do not leave poor reviews lightly but this was one of the worst experiences that I have ever had. I bought the latest Bose sunglasses style Tempo and followed the link on the Bose website to have Lensabl install my prescription lens that they would create with my prescription. I went online paid for expedited shipping and was emailed a UPS label with a note saying send your glasses and we will get your order started. Nowhere in the email with the UPS label did Lensabl state that I needed to send just the glasses, not the case. (we will get back to this later in the review.) So I sent my glasses, did the whole picture thing with a credit card for PD and uploaded everything back at the end of October/beginning of November. The whole reason I went with Lensabl was because they said it was a 6 day turn around. so a week later I check my order and it still said it was in the first stage, they had the frames at the lab, awaiting production. After not seeing it move for another week I reached out in an email and they told me that it would be a few days, a few more, then they told me that they had a problem with the lens and had to start over. 6 weeks later (yes 6 weeks, not 6 days) I got my glasses back. They were send to me in a Lensabl case, my fancy one from Bose is still at their facility. I am not expecting to get it back since there have been so many pitfalls and errors in this whole process. In inspecting the glasses there is a small part of the lens where the tint is not there, like on the very side near the plastic housing of the glasses. But because they took so long I am just going to keep them, God knows I can't go another 6 weeks for them to fix it. Would I recommend Lesabl to anyone, no I would not.
