My daughter used to need glasses to correct her vision. She picked out tortoise shell frames with a punch of lime green and loved them. Then she didn't need them any more. Cut to a few years later when she started college and asked for blue light blocking glasses for Xmas. I hoped Lensables could help me replace the lenses in her old frames so she could enjoy them again, and they did! Despite the holiday season, they had the frames back to me within 2 weeks as promised. The steps were well explained during the online ordering process, and when I was nervous about where the frames were, their customer service dept never failed to respond with prompt, clear updates. The presentation of the final product was fantastic and came with a quality hard case and cleaning kit. My daughter LOVES getting to wear these frames again! Thanks Lensables!

My overall experience with Lensabl was satisfactory. There were some unexplained delays, which is not uncommon with many businesses these days. It took nearly two weeks for me to receive my shipping box to send my old glasses. When I tracked progress on my account, it said that my lenses would ship in six days. I rechecked my account daily and it said the same thing for over a week. I was also not informed that the special treatment I requested for my lenses would delay the order. However, I got prompt responses to my email inquiries, which reassured me that everything would eventually work out. Bottom line: I got my lenses in just over a month for a very reasonable price. If their promotional materials gave a more realstic time frame, I would have no complaints.

Excellent customer support! I got my glasses and lenses. Fits great and nice to see out of my new frames! I accidentally ordered clear and had to follow up a day layer about getting colored lenses. They were upfront about the costs of colored lenses and helped me get what I wanted. Would recommend!

On August 18, 2021 I ordered replacement single vision sunglass lenses for my ovvo optics Stratus frame. Approximately five weeks later the sunglasses arrived. After a couple of weeks I noticed to two concentric circles on the left lens (sort of like looking down on an inner tube) , between the circles there were production scratches. I returned the frames for a redo, at my cost. It took about six weeks for the frames to be returned. The delay was blamed on "failure to pass quality inspection." When the frames finally were returned they were returned with rose tinted lenses, not brown tinted lenses as I ordered. The frames were again returned on December 1. They were received by the company on December 6. I was told they would be expedited. After two weeks I sent several email inquiring of the status of the redo. No one bothered to answer my email. I then went to their website hoping to find a telephone number but, to my surprise, there was a notation that the order was "missing information." The web site won't accept an upload of a photo of the prescriptin. Specifically, the prescription. I was never even notified of this supposed missing information. Why it was missing I do not know as the lenses were made twice. The web site won't accept an upload of a photo of the prescription. It has been over four months since the initial order and I still do not have my sunglasses. The cost of the lenses was $186. Return postage was $22. The cost for frame replacement is $390. January 7,Two weeks later, the frames were promised to be completed a week ago. Now they promise they will be completed in a week. Seems like I may never get them back. January 19, frames were promised to be completed January 14. Still don't have them, and promised to express ship (takes 2 days regular shippint)

Absolutely one of my worst experiences I ever had! Avoid this company at all cost. I bought a pair of authentic Gucci sunglasses for $600 at Saks Fifth Avenue and sent them to Lensabl to get prescription lenses. After about 4 weeks I finally heard back from them: They told me that my Gucci glasses got damaged during the process and that they we’re going to order a new pair of Gucci glasses for me. After another few weeks passed I eventually received the replacement Gucci glasses with prescription lenses. However, the replaced Gucci glasses were not only damaged (loose hinges, wobbly screws), but obviously not authentic. I complained and pointed out whey are obviously counterfeit. But they simply rejected to further communicate with me. When I asked them to provide proof of authenticity and the invoice from the company they bought the replacement glasses from, they claimed that they destroyed any paperwork once the glasses arrive at their facility (in other words no proof of authenticity and no evidence where the glasses were purchased). They didn’t even offer to refund the price for the prescription lenses. So I lost $600 plus $200 for the prescription, and I am left with a damaged pair of fake Gucci glasses that I won’t be able to wear. As a matter of principle, I am considering legal steps now. And I will let Gucci know that Lensabl is distributing counterfeit products. It has been an extremely frustrating experience.

I have NEVER been more dissatisfied with a product or company. The glasses I ordered took WEEKS to be delivered-NO customer service support. When the lenses arrived wrong I was told via email they were NOT returnable-run screaming 😱 this is not a company you EVER want to deal with.
