I can’t say enough positive about the company, especially Dell. My leather furniture initially didn’t pass inspection, so it was delayed, because they had to make it all over again . ( I told the company I was actually impressed. I would rather wait and have it perfect and done right) I was nervous at first, but Dell literally supported me throughout every phone call. He had patience and so did the others I spoke with. they checked every detail during the remaking. I just received my furniture yesterday. the delivery gentlemen ( which is subcontracted) were amazing. Also professional, polite, gentle unpacking, cleaning up& handling the furniture. I ordered grade A leather Saint Croix ( color) sofa and loveseat. It is beautiful and comfortable. I ordered the standard seat and wow, it’s deeper than I expected….. perfect. The leather is soft but strong and classy. Thank you all at Furniture Expo!!

My leather couch and loveseat is just gorgeous! It’s everything I hoped for and more. Definitely worth the wait! I was even given regular email updates! The ordering process was simple and I had the opportunity to speak to one of the owners several times to have my questions answered. And I was able to speak directly to a live person that was knowledgeable, friendly and very helpful every time I called. So happy my furniture was made in the USA too! I have nothing but positive things to say about this company! Very grateful we chose to use them!

Followed status of the 12 week sofa for 20 weeks and then found out it had never been started. Now waiting for refund. 4/3 Update. Still waiting for refund supposedly processed on 3/27. 4/6 Update. Received refund

Everything went really well until the end, however it was taken care if in a timely manner . Was very happy with customer service and overall experience with order furniture on line.
