Waited 6 months for couch to be completed. Final payment made and waiting for delivery. Still waiting 2 months after final payment and now unable to reach anyone at the company. this place is a total scam. They have $2100 of my money and i have no idea how to get it back since I can't reach anyone. I spoke with my credit card company and hoping they will be successful in disputing the charge as the couch has never been received. I am soooo pissed. Stay away from this company.

16 wasted weeks spent waiting for a couch ordered 1/26/25. They suggested I cancel my order if I couldn't wait another "30 days or more". This was said so offhandedly, I suspect they use our deposits to float their business. The order was cancelled 5/21/25 & I was told refund would be issued within10-15 business days. I warned them if I wasn't credited by 6-13, I would initiate a vendor chargeback. I just got off the phone with my bank to do just that. Save yourself the time, trouble, & annoyance...GO LOCAL

i have never recd my furniture, i was told that it would arrive this month , and nothing has arrived and the store has closed. on line it says the store has closed due to certain circumstatces and they are seeking an attorney for the next step. they are not answering any calls or emails.

TOTAL SCAM! Placed and order on10/28/24. was told 3 months for delivery of my $8,000 sofa, called in February to get a follow up where it was, was told they had an issue with the leather and they were waiting for new leather. Called again in March, told still waiting, April, still waiting, May still waiting, now in June I have sent over 8 emails and voicemails, no one picks up the phone. They did give me a $750 credit for waiting but the money means nothing if you don't have the product and the fact you can't even get someone on the phone says it all.

If you don’t want to loose your money never use Leather Furniture Expo. It is is a spam furniture store. They don’t exist. They don’t have phisical address and never answer phone calls, messages and emails. They don’t belong to Better Business Bureau (BBB). They stolen me $1.800.00. LFE never sending me my sofá and never gave ne my money back. Please be smart

Please read the bottom of this if you are a victim about possible refund remedy! I am a victim like others. Ordered a sectional in July 2024 and was told 24 weeks. Then was told Natuzxi had moved their factory and would have in another two months. Then it was another two months. After 10 months Sam said he wasn't sure when it would arrive but I could cancel the order for Full refund. Canceled, but still haven't received the refund. I may be out $2500. Heard they declared bankruptcy at their store but kept the online going as a separate buisness. Guess its bankrupt too. Still trying to sucker people out of their money.Shame on Sam! 06/10/2025 Contacted my credit card company and told them I never received my order.even though I placed the order in 07/2024. Because it had never been delivered and I had contacted them as recently as 05/19/2025 about the order they removed the charge from my card. They said as long as I had contacted Sam within the last three months they could remove it. May want to contact your credit card company and talk to their dispute department.

Good afternoon. I would caution you about ordering from this company. I ordered three sofas which you could imagine is a lot of money. I’ve not received an invoice. Only one call to get my security number again so they could charge my card. I haven’t heard from them since. My sofas were supposed to be available for immediate delivery and was told they would ship the following week. Since then, either their line has everyone go straight to voicemail or they blocked me. I have left several messages and email with no contact. I’m in the process of reporting them to whoever I can. if they have you in the waiting game, I’d advise you to report immediately because credit card companies will only open claims within the past 90 days, or at least mine will only cover me for 90 days. I’ll take the advice of the Customer that said report them to the trade commission. Thank you.
