Absolute scam. It’s been months past the expected delivery date, multiple nonsense excuses - I see on here they’ve told other people the same “quality assurance issue” story - and no couch, no refund…and now they won’t pick up the phone, won’t return voicemails, and won’t answer emails. They strung us along for long enough it’s even become more complicated to do a chargeback via the credit card. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!

Have ordered a sofa that was due in 4 weeks. It’s now been 6 weeks. Have heard nothing. Called.No one ever is available so finally left 3 messages and calls are not returned. Chat is never available. There is no way to contact them. I knew hey were not BBB but were not listed as fraudulent. I am about ready to report them for fraud

I ordered a couch around Black Friday 2024 with an estimated 16 week delivery period. After the waiting period passed and I received no communication from the company, I reached out and was told a factory shut down and my couch was now estimated to be delivered by Labor Day. We opted to cancel the order for a full refund, which was promised in 10-15 business days. It has been over a month and nothing. No reply to emails or voicemails.

Never delivered.

I was supposed to have delivery of my new leather sofa in April 2025. I ordered it almost a year ago. After I paid the balance 100%. In April I expected delivery in a couple weeks. It’s now May 11 and nothing has happened . They told me it was tied up at the port . Seems like they are stringing me along. Anyone else have these issues ?

We ordered a couch in July of 2024 with a delivery date just before Thanksgiving. We got daily updates of the "progress", but when Thanksgiving passed, then Christmas, we reached out and were told the couch hadn't even left Italy. We didn't end up getting delivery until APRIL of 2025, and, it was missing two of the center support legs. Now, an additional two and a half weeks later, after multiple contacts, we still don't have the leg!

I bought 3 Natuzzi sofas. At no fault of Leather Furniture Expo they took a little longer than expected to show up. On the positive side I was kept up to date on the order. The price was great. You can’t beat it. The delivery was perfect. And this is some heavy stuff. Unpacked and set in my living room seamlessly. I’m happy to have this we’ll built furniture and would order from them again.

Before I made my purchase from Leather Furniture Expo I was the person I relied on: The customer who had taken the time to offer feedback on their purchase. So today I am paying that back with the hope that what I have to say will prepare you for what’s in store: It’s been eight months since I made my purchase and today I received my Natuzzi Editions sofa. And it is wonderful. If you find something that you like and you’re considering buying it from LFE, do it. But pack your patience. And pack lots of it. I was expecting to wait four months for my sofa; I waited eight. Along the way, Sam was there to update me when my weekly alerts became almost laughable.
